This dental office is great! I have been spending a lot of time at the dentist lately but I do not dread it like I used to. They have always been able to get me in quickly and help me out. Dr. TJ makes sure you are comfortable and makes sure you are pain free. He explains things very well. The staff is friendly.

The atmosphere at Midwest Dental Twin Lakes is very comfortable, and my experience with the staff has reassured me that my needs are met and my concerns are heard. When you walk into the office you can feel the smiles from Tiffany even from behind the masks! I know my Dental care is in good hands here, and would recommend anyone interested or looking for a new office to come visit!

This is a great practice. Cheryl was my hygienist and Dr. TJ was the dentist that I saw. They were very professional, and helpful. I have rarely encountered such a friendly doctor's office environment, it's totally genuine not fake. I believe that the dental hygienist needs in the least a 20 minute buffer zone in between patients. It's not the hygienist's fault at all that she forgot my fluoride treatment trying to prevent running behind schedule. Their equipment needs upgrading to the latest standards, however I do understand the cost involved, and they are not long enough in business to have that luxury, yet. Solely based on their exceptional staff I will give this dental practice a well-deserved chance!

The Dentist tells me he needs to fill cavities. I say ok and I'm paying out of pocket. Upon drilling and at the start of filling the cavities he then tells me I need crowns because I have fractures in the drilled teeth. Why wouldn't you just set the teeth up for crowns right away. So now it cost me over $400.00 for each filling and I had to pay for crowns at just under $1100.00 each. So instead of paying around $5500.00 for crowns, I paid almost 8000.00. So I confronted midwest Dental today about the fillings and crowns. The woman in charge of billing tries to tell me they needed to fill it to build it up to accept the crown. Funny thing is, is she doesn't know how deep the filling went. So how can she claim that? She can't!

I know one of the girls that work here and when my bridge broke at Buffalo Wild Wings I got in touch with her right away. Dr. Kaske got me right in Monday morning and was able to make me a temporary bridge until my permanent one was ready. My teeth look so nice now I wish I would have done this years ago. I love all the girls there and am happy to see them when I go. I highly recommend Dr. Kaske just by my experience with him going out of his way to help me both with my teeth and setting up an easy payment plan as my insurance hadn't started when I had to get my teeth fixed. My girlfriend and i went there and im disapointed how they handled my girlfriend simple treatment. The dentist assistant burnt the inside of ber mouth with the a simple filling. When we confronted the dentist denied it. Kinda obvious to se the shape of the tool on her gum. Also they had a hard time with the balancfe of my bill telling me i might have a credit but they couldnt tell me each time i called i had to call many times then a altimatium they agreed to mail a check for the credit amount and the amount they fold me and the amount was wrong..stay clear of this billing nightmare

As far as staff and professionals are concerned they could be the ultimate place for all dental needs. I have rarely encountered such a friendly doctor's office environment, it's totally genuine not fake. I believe that the dental hygienist needs in the least a 20 minute buffer zone in between patients. It's not the hygienist's fault at all that she forgot my fluoride treatment trying to prevent running behind schedule. Their equipment needs upgrading to the latest standards, however I do understand the cost involved, and they are not long enough in business to have that luxury, yet. Solely based on their exceptional staff I will give this dental practice a well-deserved chance!

The Dentist tells me he needs to fill cavities. I say ok and I'm paying out of pocket. Upon drilling and at the start of filling the cavities he then tells me I need crowns because I have fractures in the drilled teeth. Why wouldn't you just set the teeth up for crowns right away. So now it cost me over $400.00 for each filling and I had to pay for crowns at just under $1100.00 each. So instead of paying around $5500.00 for crowns, I paid almost 8000.00. So I confronted midwest Dental today about the fillings and crowns. The woman in charge of billing tries to tell me they needed to fill it to build it up to accept the crown. Funny thing is, is she doesn't know how deep the filling went. So how can she claim that? She can't!

I know one of the girls that work here and when my bridge broke at Buffalo Wild Wings I got in touch with her right away. Dr. Kaske got me right in Monday morning and was able to make me a temporary bridge until my permanent one was ready. My teeth look so nice now I wish I would have done this years ago. I love all the girls there and am happy to see them when I go. I highly recommend Dr. Kaske just by my experience with him going out of his way to help me both with my teeth and setting up an easy payment plan as my insurance hadn't started when I had to get my teeth fixed. Dr. Kaske got me right in Monday morning and was able to make me a temporary bridge until my permanent one was ready. My teeth look so nice now I wish I would have done this years ago. I love all the girls there and am happy to see them when I go. I highly recommend Dr. Kaske just by my experience with him going out of his way to help me both with my teeth and setting up an easy payment plan as my insurance hadn't started when I had to get my teeth fixed. With my bridge being all my front top teeth they needed to be done right away. I am forever in their debt! Thank you everyone at Midwest Dental!

My girlfriend and i went there and im disapointed how they handled my girlfriend simple treatment. The dentist assistant burnt the inside of ber mouth with the a simple filling. When we confronted the dentist denied it. Kinda obvious to se the shape of the tool on her gum. Also they had a hard time with the balancfe of my bill telling me i might have a credit but they couldnt tell me each time i called i had to call many times then a altimatium they agreed to mail a check for the credit amount and the amount they fold me and the amount was wrong..stay clear of this billing nightmare
