Happy with all

I nervously approach each dental appointment but it is needless when Laura cleans my teeth. Her skills are excellent. Plus, she really cares about the comfort of her patients. The water used to rinse my mouth was a little chilly at first. She made sure it was comfortable after the first few minutes. Cold water really hurts a mouth that is being cleaned. Kathy and Carrie are both so friendly at the front desk.

Thank you all that I interacted with! This is the first time in several years that a cleaning did not cause tooth breakage and filling loss. The dentist office I had used twice before coming here in Watertown caused actual tooth breakage(right away) and more than one filling to come out(right away). Ok, one time is maybe forgivable but twice just from a cleaning???? NOT!!! The cleanings were done by Bernie and she is the best. I had a filling done with no pain(finally!!) and the tooth extraction was

Wonderful as always. Carrie is fun to talk with, the staff is always friendly, and if they are running late (which is infrequent ) they inform you of the delay. It's all of these little things that go a long way and make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.
