I have had a really good experience here with Dr. Joe and Jill. Years of dental neglect and avoiding the dentist finally caught up to me in December one evening when my disintegrating canine tooth abscessed and the right half of my face swelled up. Dr. Joe and Jill were able to squeeze me in and see me the next morning. They did a quick exam of all my teeth, they briefed me on the terrible shape my teeth were in, and they answered all my questions about the abscess. They were patient with me and very informative, especially since I had not been to a dentist in probably ten years. Jill walked me through, step-by-step, exactly what I needed to do to set up the oral surgery appointment in Johnson Creek to get my abscessed tooth pulled, which I really appreciated. I have had a handful of dental visits with Dr. Joe and Jill since then, and we have been working on fixing the rest of my teeth. ??

My hygienist, Laura is great, and is willing to explain how I can improve my brushing and flossing. I had a filling crack that needed a crown also. Dr. Gillingham's pain control is superb, the topical numbing along with his technique made the pain medication injection absolutely painless. I appreciate Dr. Gillingham, Natalie, and Deb giving me the information I needed during my recent treatment. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. They took ZERO responsibility for their error and wouldn't even offer a discount. Definitely going to Family Dental Practice in Watertown here on out. I broke my tooth on Monday night. Of course no offices had a Dr in. However Midwest said they would see what they could do on Tues morning and they did just that! They were able to work me in. They did a temp fix and was going to have me back the next day. Shortly after lunch they called me and had me to come back some one didn't show up and they were able to get me in and fix that tooth. I was treated so well. Kind, gentle and very caring and very informative if what they were going to do. Very glad that they were there for me and we will be using them in the future. Dr. Joe provided excellent dental work in the chair. Moved in Watertown and had to find a new Dentist. Midwest accepted my insurance (other Dental offices did not) plus they offered a annual discount program for the family. First exam, cleaning and x-ray were covered by insurance. Fillings required were not covered by my insurance. The work was discounted after purchasing the annual discount family plan. This plan made the dental work cost competitive and affordable.
