The receptionist called me by name when I walked in which eased my anxiety. Dr Buchanan and the staff were efficient and took care to listen to my concerns when I unexpectedly needed to have a tooth extracted on my first visit. As stated, it did not take more than 5 minutes and my discomfort was kept to a minimum. The staff all called me by my name and were focused on me as the patient and not the other patients when treating me. As someone who avoids the dentist, I highly recommend Midwest Dental. Brandy was my hygienist and she was so easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable. She told me step by step what she was doing. The dentist Dawn was so nice and friendly as well!
