Until we moved out of state, we were Midwest Dental patients. While back on vacation here, I lost a crown. Called Midwest Dental the next morning and they worked me in that morning, fixed with a temp and set up an appointment for a permanent the next week. Is that service or what.

The receptionist called me by name when I walked in which eased my anxiety. Dr Buchanan and the staff were efficient and took care to listen to my concerns when I unexpectedly needed to have a tooth extracted on my first visit. As stated, it did not take more than 5 minutes and my discomfort was kept to a minimum. The staff all called me by my name and were focused on me as the patient and not the other patients when treating me. As someone who avoids the dentist, I highly recommend Midwest Dental.
