Have been here twice now. Dr Moss is awesome and professional! Took him 5 mins to pull my wisdom tooth that was bothering me a year ago and so was today I needed broken tooth pulled he managed to squiz me in his schedule to pull broken tooth after I convinced him was gonna take only 5 minutes and it did. If you live in dells area and need any kind of dental assistance don't go to other dells clinic you will just waste your time and money. Midwest Dental in Wisconsin Dells has proffesional and friendly staff and I highly recommend this clinic

Worst dental experience of my life. Terrible billing department and tried to get me to do services that I didn't need. For example, they said I needed a new crown. I was waiting to do so and got some other fillings in the meantime, then I moved to a different state for work. New dentist looked at x-rays and examined and told me I definitely don't need an expensive crown, everything is fine and healthy. Terrible service and billing - don't waste your time here!

The staff here is fantastic, I come in with my baby and they are fine with it. They are knowledgeable, do a good job, and don’t recommend unnecessary dental work so they can go on their next vacation like a lot of dentists do.

I was a new patient needing emergency to fix my front tooth. I had a family reunion and of course my front tooth cracks in half. My current dentist couldn't see me for 9 days and other dentists laughed basically when asking to be seen sooner than 10 days. I called this office and Miss Lynne made sure I was seen so I could smile at all my family. She treated me like I had been going there for years. The dr did a fantastic job. I was floored at their high level of customer service. This is my new dentist!!!!!!! Thank you so much.

Called about new dentures, requested Dr. Sweeney, was told he was only there on certain days so I took a day off from work. When I left got another appointment asked if I owed anything and was told no. A few days later got a call from office saying Dr. Sweeney would not be in office after 4:00, since I work till 4 I cancelled my appointments and once again I asked about owing and was told no. A month later got a bill saying I owed $75.00 !!. Bill now in hands of collection agency. Right hand doesn't know what left hand doing. Take my advice, STAY AWAY !!

I’ve been going here for ten years and have always been very pleased with the service. The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists have always been kind, thorough, and they explain as they go.

Been going to this office since we moved to the area in 2006. Best dental care I have had. I hate going to the dentist, but they make it as good as possible. Bruce Keister Just was back there yesterday for the first part on a root canal. Aside from the small discomfort of the novacaine, I never felt a thing. I was braced for the worst, but it was a good experience, especially for a dentist visit.

Dr.Moss made this visit painless. I disliked going to the dentist but not anymore. He talked to me making it a very relaxed atmosphere.

I am writing this as a warning for someone else. My daughter (college student) visited this office two times. She asked several times about insurance, they assured her insurance would pay. I realize there is no guarantee insurance will pay; the office person said she would only need to meet a "co-pay" at the time of service. Today, 9 months later, my daughter receives a collection notice!! Not once did they bill send a bill, or call... NOTHING. There was no due diligence on the practice's part. How would we know of a bill if we NEVER received one? We will work this out with the collection company but this has had a devastating effect on my daughter, who is just starting to build reputation with responsibility to creditors. She works hard at school and work. My advice is call continuously to confirm if you have outstanding and unmet charges. In the end she had to have the dental work redone at another office. Which by the way sent her a reimbursement check because she overpaid her "co-pay" says something about how this office is lacking in the billing area.

I have never been treated so horribly by a front desk receptionist. I called in late November to get a cleaning and consultation appointment set up to have work done before the end of the year. After my cleaning appointment I told the receptionist that I also had an appointment for the dentist to take a look at a few teeth needing work and the possibility of getting extra trays for my Invisalign. I was told that my Invisalign treatment was closed without my consent by the Portage office. I also mentioned I had some money left over in a FSA account that I would like to spend on getting some teeth repaired before the end of the year. The receptionist implied that the work I was requesting to have done needed a consultation first and I should have mentioned the work I needed done at my cleaning appointment, even though I had an appointment the following Monday. It was such an upsetting conversation that I called back and cancelled my appointment. I got a call more than a month later saying that she finally talked to the dentist about the work I requested being done and that they would like me to come in for a "free consultation." I won't be calling you back or giving Midwest Dental any of our business. We've spent thousands of dollars at your offices and we've been treated very poorly.

By far my favorite dentist! Been there for the last 5 years and so glad I walked through their doors. The office is always so clean and up to date with a kid room in the waiting room (which is a plus). The staff is very thorough and clean. Very upfront if you have to pay anything. They seem to accept most insurance. Always on time. I have 2 young boys and they are just so great with the kids. Always friendly and keeps a good conversation, plus they are always so excited to get a balloon and a prize!

Cassie, our hygienist, was exceptional. She offered pillows for our comfort during the thorough cleanings/exams. Great idea! With professionalism, she interacted with Dr. Sweeney, the best dentist we have ever had!

My husband was recently diagnosed with cancer head and neck scc. In need of some work so the chemo and radiation therapy doesn't destroy his teeth. This WONDERFUL office was so extremely helpful like making the time to get him in assume time was of the essence. Everyone was BEYOND amazing in every way that counts. Midwest dental always goes above and beyond to take care of me. I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and Dr. Hilbert did an excellent job (as always). He doesn't rush and he checks to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic dental practice! All staff is highly skilled, friendly and compassionate. My daughter broke a tooth at the playground and I rushed her over immediately. Dr. Hilbert and his assistant stayed late to ensure her smile was perfect. They have been outstanding with my dental health, as well. I highly recommend Midwest Dental!

I have been going here for years, and I have to say that Midwest Dental is awesome. They are always professional and they care about your teeth. This is the first dental office that I have been to that believes in dry brushing and they are up to date with the latest procedures! I almost enjoy going to the dentist!!

It was a walk in appointment (semi-urgent) and I felt very welcome and appreciated as a walk in. The staff was a very qualified team, experienced and were well-versed in my dental crisis. I have decided to make this my primary dental office.
