I was in there today and I normally am very terrified of the dentist and everything about it makes me nervous to even show up but the guy at front desk was very kind and it calmed me down, then the lady at the X-rays and exam room where we went next before the dentist came in made me very comfortable with the way she spoke to me and handled everything nice and slowly. Then when the dentist was coming I got anxious and scared again out of habit but he was very nice and calming as well plus sure to explain what was coming just like the X-ray lady then last but not least the lady at the exit desk was also very helpful and thorough to be sure I had directions on how to use the stuff I was prescribed to help my sensitive teeth areas. Thanks for a pleasant visit today to all the staff.

They wanted to reschedule again but the days they offered I’d be busy working tryna make ends meet. I've been going to this dentist for a few yrs. I've never had any cavities or issues. In fact, it's been yrs since I've had any cavities. They require x-rays once a year. THIS IS WRONG. You will not force a person to be exposed to radiation! I believe this is simply a way to pay for their equipment. I'm 64 yrs old and will never believe this is necessary.

I made an appointment in July of 2022; arrived 12/20/22 and was told my appointment was cancelled by the practice, due to not "confirming". No confirmation text was sent and when I reviewed the history with the admin there today at 11am no "care" was given. I took off work today just for this appointment and being a manager at McDonalds that's hard to do. The issue is no empathy no compromise, nothing was offered. Just bitter responses from the admin on shift today. Sorry I didn't get her name; however, she was the older of the two. So now I wait till March of 2023. Just cause your "busy" doesn't justify a sarcastic, uncompromising attitude.... especially during the Holidays..... :( Kaity.....................................

I was forced to climb a two tier stairway as the handicap parking?? was full with no signs or any vehicle parked there placarded. Then I was forced to struggle down those damn steps I am a disabled vet I have a bad heart and multiple osteo injuries. This treatment was beyond unacceptable. The staff was well aware of my situation and offered nothing but rudeness and mockery. I asked the receptionist how that lot got filled with vehicles that has no placards I was told to park there and knock on the handicapped marked door and I would be let in. I cant park in a full lot. Funny no patients were in the waiting room and yet 6 cars were in the unmarked designated lot as stated by a handicapped sign in the fron of the building. GO ELSEWHERE this place is creepy.

It was vary Pleasant at first then i needed a root canal done and dr. Moss did it and mist one so be did it 3 days later and Informed me that I wouldn’t have to pay for it because it was something he missed. I had my appointment set up for months and since I am a busy business owner I only have select days for appointments. When I showed up for my appointment today I was treated very rudely due to my pregnancy and was told “there’s no point in seeing me for anything.” They apparently only had me set up for X-rays and an exam and I was under the impression I was in for a cleaning as well. I understand if you can’t do x-rays because of me being pregnant but there’s no need to mistreat people and to be rude to them. The staff could’ve calmly and politely explained to me the reasons for not taking me. The receptionist also swore that I never stated I was pregnant when I set up the appointment 3+ months ago when I’m sure I did. Both the receptionist and the hygienist were very rude and I’ve never been treated worse in a professional setting. I will not be using them for my dental needs and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I had an appointment scheduled 2 months prior to my appointment. They texted me to confirm my appointment, and I confirmed. I then received a voicemail the night before saying my appointment was going to be cancelled if I didn't verbally confirm. I called back and received a voicemail. They then called back (3 hrs before my appointment) and said it was cancelled, that the text confirmation doesn't count, and that they needed verbal confirmation "due to covid." That is asinine. Due to covid? Stop blaming everything on COVID. I'm assuming the doc didn't want to stay late for my 4:50 appointment. Ridiculous. I would never recommend this place. Try Dells Dental instead.

I had no insurance and couldn't find a dentist taking new patients. I received in the mail a card for a 59$ exam and xrays for new patients. I thought this probably was going to be the bare minimum for the exam and x-rays. Wrong I was they got me in right away and did a very through job on the exam and x-rays. I thought oh man they're going to find everything thing wrong and be worried for me paying out of pocket. Again wrong they told me exactly what I needed done and up front what the costs are. They even told me about a discount plan I could purchase for 69$ a year which would save me tons. This place was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable all my doubts I had are no longer. I would and have recommended Midwest Dental for anyone with dental doubts such as I had.

I had a really bad tooth pain, needing a root canal, they didn't give me any antibiotics and I went to another dentist and my tooth was full of infection and midwest dental wanted me to wait a week to do root canal. Never Go back.they didn't explain nothing to me and they were worried about how good my dental insurance was. Just very rude

Make sure you have a babysitter because they’re not kid friendly. Mouth was numb, and he sent me home. told me to come back when I have a babysitter. My little boy is well behaved. Will be changing dentist for this reason.

Have been here twice now. Dr Moss is awesome and professional! Took him 5 mins to pull my wisdom tooth that was bothering me a year ago and so was today I needed broken tooth pulled he managed to squiz me in his schedule to pull broken tooth after I convinced him was gonna take only 5 minutes and it did. If you live in dells area and need any kind of dental assistance don't go to other dells clinic you will just waste your time and money. Midwest Dental in Wisconsin Dells has proffesional and friendly staff and I highly recommend this clinic

Worst dental experience of my life. Terrible billing department and tried to get me to do services that I didn't need. For example, they said I needed a new crown. I was waiting to do so and got some other fillings in the meantime, then I moved to a different state for work. New dentist looked at x-rays and examined and told me I definitely don't need an expensive crown, everything is fine and healthy. Terrible service and billing - don't waste your time here!

I was a new patient needing emergency to fix my front tooth. I had a family reunion and of course my front tooth cracks in half. My current dentist couldn't see me for 9 days and other dentists laughed basically when asking to be seen sooner than 10 days. I called this office and Miss Lynne made sure I was seen so I could smile at all my family. She treated me like I had been going there for years. The dr did a fantastic job. Called about new dentures, requested Dr. Sweeney, was told he was only there on certain days so I took a day off from work. When I left got another appointment asked if I owed anything and was told no. A few days later got a call from office saying Dr. Sweeney would not be in office after 4:00, since I work till 4 I cancelled my appointments and once again I asked about owing and was told no. A month later got a bill saying I owed $75.00 !!. Bill now in hands of collection agency. Right hand doesn't know what left hand doing. Take my advice, STAY AWAY !!

Been going to this office since we moved to the area in 2006. Best dental care I have had. I hate going to the dentist, but they make it as good as possible. Bruce Keister Just was back there yesterday for the first part on a root canal. Aside from the small discomfort of the novacaine, I never felt a thing. I was braced for the worst, but it was a good experience, especially for a dentist visit.

By far my favorite dentist! Been there for the last 5 years and so glad I walked through their doors. The office is always so clean and up to date with a kid room in the waiting room (which is a plus). The staff is very thorough and clean. Very upfront if you have to pay anything. They seem to accept most insurance. Always on time. I have 2 young boys and they are just so great with the kids.
