Dr. Grabiec and his staff were exceptionally skilled and compassionate all through the process resulting in a pain free experience and I have had zero negative issues over a year later. I just had a routine exam/cleaning with Lian and she performed a pain free procedure that usually causes me a lot of stress. Lian was very pleasant to talk with, and put me at ease during my visit. Thanks to everyone at both Wisconsin Rapids offices. Always a great experience!

Had my initial visit here yesterday and I was very impressed with the service. They did a very thorough examination of what I needed done. I knew I needed a lot of work and they were able to set me up with a treatment plan that targeted what was most urgent and what can wait. The last couple dentists i had gone towere very pushy with their sales tactics. That was not the case here. I felt very comfortable with the treatment plan when I left this appointment. I would highly recommend going here.

Dr. Sheker has now retired but his skills and professionalism continues in the new dentists, Dr. Grabiec and Dr. Jane K. We are also pleased with the preventative care we receive from the hygienists. I've been seeing 'Dr. Jane' for a couple years. She has always been kind and friendly. Recently i got a splint for bruxism and she has been very patient with me in fitting this mouthpiece. First time she had to send it back as it was too loose on one side. Then it came back too snug and needed some adjustment. After a couple days i found it needed to be relieved a little more, no problem. I suspect it will need another adjustment but i am not worried she has said again if it needs adjustment bring it in. Very supportive and the staff are all helpful and friendly.

Out of all the dentist offices we have been to this is the one we've stuck with for years now. Midwest Dental in Wisconsin Rapids has the best receptionists, dental hygienists, dental assistant's, and by far the best Doctor. My 6 month cleanings are a breeze with the friendly hygienists and they don't dig the dental floss way up or down into your gums like some previous offices I went to LOL. Dr. Edward Grabiec does a fantastic job with everything he does. Whether it's a filling or a root canal I've never been uncomfortable. The follow up calls are a nice touch and let's our family know they really care about our well being. Insurance and billing always goes smoothly for us as well using our Delta Dental Insurance. I definitely recommend them!

I was running a fever and in immense pain. Within 2 days of seeing Midwest in Wisconsin Rapids things have been bare able until I go to the ortho surgeon. I of course have now made Dr. K and the staff and Midwest dental my primary dentist. Would recommend to anyone.
