Everyone is so nice and they will answer any questions or concerns you might have. As well as, go into detail of step by step of what they will be doing before hand. I found it comforting knowing exactly what was going to happen.

I called in for an appt because I woke at 2:30 a.m. with a toothache. The office was able to get me in that morning. I was cared for with compassion and understanding by all the staff. I was given my options and we decided on a course of treatment that best fit my circumstances. Dr. Graebec told me everything he was doing along the way which helped to relax me during the procedure. He and his assistant worked very well together to assure a good outcome for me.

The Midwest Dental team is very friendly, yet professional. They are thorough, explaining everything from expectations on payment to what specifically they are doing while cleaning teeth. While going to a dentist is not perceived as being a pleasant thing, they go above and beyond to make it the best experience possible.
