I have never waited in the office for more than 15 min. for my appointment. Office staff is friendly and courteous. I look forward to seeing Cheryl one of the dental hygienists. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and fun with a gentle touch thrown in for good measure. Dr. Kravig is also kind, courteous and skilled. I have been lucky enough to not have any major dental issues so I can't comment on their skill level regarding dental extractions, root canals etc. Every time I have been there, the office looks fresh and clean.

I have had good service in the past at this office, but I went there in June of 2017 and the dentist redid one of my fillings and left it too low which caused my bite to be off. I travel quite a bit and was. not in the area until Sept. 2017. During this time I had an abscess tooth on the side that was taking all of the pressure because of the repair. I went into the office and she told me I needed a root canal. So I did but at another office in Texas. When I got home to Bolivia I went to my regular dentist and she had to do a restoration on the tooth this dentist "fixed" because I was in extreme pain from an infection below the work this dentist did. A simple x-ray with a piece of wire in the abscess that returned showed that this tooth that I had the root canal on was cracked. So I have had to have all of the work redone in a 3rd world country to get my teeth healthy again.

I've gone thru my share of dentists in the past who didn't seem to take my high anxiety into consideration (i.e. make me feel guilty for requesting nitrous/laughing gas) but Dr. Kravig and her staff are the total opposite. The staff does a GREAT job making sure their patients are as comfortable as possible :) They are very friendly, patient, and genuinely their patients to feel at ease going to the dentist. They take their time explaining what they are doing throughout the exam, cleaning, and other procedures [like fillings], and educate you on the importance of good dental hygiene (instead of 'scold' you for not flossing or brushing enough like many dentists I've gone to before tend to do). Even though I live and work in Kenosha, it's totally worth the 20 minute drive for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

I hadn't been to the dentist in 10+ years. The scraping, the poking, the drilling was just unbearable. Little did I know that all dentist offices are not created equal. A toothache lead me to Midwest Dental. A quick exam revealed that I had 2 cavities, and was in severe need of a cleaning. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Nothing like my prior dentist office. Gentle and pain free. That was already 6ish years ago and I've been back every 6 months since. Cheryl does an excellent job keeping my teeth clean and gums healthy. Most importantly, she's gentle! Dr. Kravig has filled a few cavities for me over the years and I have to say, getting teeth drilled has never been so painless! I would recommend anyone to them. Do so without delay!
