I finally took the leap and went there. First dentist in 10 years and they were great on not judging me haha. Got seen within 2 days of calling and made next appointment 2 days later! I do need a lot of work done, but they broke it down as to how I could do things in steps. I would recommend this office for sure!

Like I imagine many people do, I hate going to the dentist, but heck if these people don't make it so much better. They're so friendly, so kind, and so transparent about explaining everything they're doing—I spent all of my childhood and young adulthood having no idea what the purpose of most of the poking and scraping was, and you'd be surprised how much less stressful it is being at Midwest Dental just because they explain things so clearly and thoroughly. Thank you guys for making me feel safer and less scared at the dentist.

I love this office! All of the staff make you feel comfortable and right at home. The dental hygienist Jody is incredible. She truly cares about your oral health and will make recommendations based on your needs. She's very encouraging and doesn't make you feel silly for not knowing proper oral hygiene. She is extremely articulate with what she says and the way she describes information. I mean seriously, she is incredible. The front desk receptionist Kelly is always INCREDIBLY friendly. I would go into the office just to see her if I could. She remembered me after my first initial visit and remembers phone calls I have with her. She is such a JOY!!!! I wish all receptionists could be like her truly. We need more people like Kelly and Jody in this world. Dr. Meinhardt is incredible, too. He does a great job at making me feel welcomed and cared about. He has a presence about him that makes you feel like he is listening and actually cares about questions, concerns or your life in general. Thanks for everything Midwest Dental Brookfield! You never make me feel anxious about seeing a dentist, which used to be a real fear of mind. I would recommend this office over and over again.

Found all staff to be friendly, caring and fun. Everything was explained as we went along. The first visit did include cleaning which is great- never understood why some dentists went to separate appointments for cleaning. Was back yesterday to have an old filling redone. Was in and out in 45 min. No pain at all- not even from the novacain shot I'm all set up for my 6 month appointment- no one tried to sell me flouride varnish or anything else I didn't want. This is the kind of service and staff I really appreciate!

The office was so clean and I could tell that everything was sanitized prior to each patient use unlike other offices (*cough, cough, Dental Works, cough*) I will certainly be a lifelong patient here and would recommend this office to anyone.
