My appointment was on time. Had semi annual cleaning. This office uses a high pressure wash to clean teeth as well as the usual scraping but I felt my teeth felt cleaner than scraping only.

After letting a infected tooth become a major issue, midwest dental was quick to help. I had previously suffered a concussion and was on another planet from the blinding pain the toothache was causing. In short, I was pretty spaced out and off my game. Maddie at the front desk was super professional and courteous while acquiring an open appointment for me on short notice. She set me up with Dr.Riley who made the extraction nice and easy. Dr.Riley exhibits excellent bedside manner, has well rounded social skills and explained things step by step so I felt confident about everything. The rest of the staff I encountered we're just as pleasant and helpful. Thank you everyone at midwest, stay cool!

I moved to Lindstrom 4 years ago and have been going to Midwest Dental for the past three years. The entire staff there is amazing. From the courteous smiles and greetings when you walk in, to the warm wishes when you leave, they make you feel welcome and that you matter. They have helped me with cleanings and crowns and fillings and bridges, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone there is amazing and Dr Riley is one of the best Dentists I have ever seen. Hygienist and the dentist were so understanding when I was delayed by more than five minutes. While I was able to call in and tell them my estimated time of arrival, when I actually started driving “Greasy/slippery” Snowy day, was in line behind a tanker truck that could only go 30 miles an hour in a 50 miles an hour Because it was too treacherous to go faster. Well, I appreciated being safe. It did cause me Not to arrive when originally expected. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Oh, and their work is excellent! Very thorough, professional, and personable, which for me is a plus since I tend to get long-winded when asked questions. (We even had an opportunity to talk a little about the holidays that had passed, which made it a delightful experience!)

I’ve been a patient of Dr Riley’s for a couple years. Good personality, funny, good listener, good dentist and professional. Great package! I had a cleaning by a fast, efficient, likable, professional, dental hygienist, Amber. I’ve had other hygienists that have been very good at this site as well. The office staff, Jenny, very helpful with a can do attitude. Others are included in this but no names, sorry. All equipment is state of the art. Be there or be square!

Dr. Baumgartner is the most engaging dentist I have had the pleasure of seeing in 74 years! A fine sense of humor, thorough explanations, as well as a sensitivity to patient's financial needs make him an excellent provider in the field of dentistry. Dental assistants are cordial and engaging, as well.
This Dental practice has really gotten great. Jenny in the office is fantastic, Pam is just so meticulous even with temporary crowns, and Dr. Baumgartner is very professional, thorough, gentle and explains why recommended dental work should be done. This combination of doctor and staff has made me feel comfortable without trying to upsell me anything as had one dentist in the past at this location.

I had an emergency dental situation with a very painful molar - I spoke with Cherie on the phone, she was wonderful! Her compassion, empathy, and understanding were incredible. Dr. Hughes was just was wonderful! She definitely leads by example! Dr. Hughes took it upon herself to call multiple endodontist offices to ensure I could be seen that day. I was a new patient for Midwest Dental, they took care of me like I was a years long patient! Absolutely amazing people!!

Very caring staff and Dentist! I have very high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and always have. I went to this dentist for the first time Tuesday, and for the first time I didn't feel like I was being judged and after a few minutes of talking with them my anxiety and panicky feeling started to go away. Dentist Drexler is very welcoming and caring and takes the time to explain options and treatment plans and goes above and beyond to make sure your receiving the best treatment for you!
I hate going to the dentist. Doing my taxes is more fun. However, the team at Midwest in Chisago makes it easier. Cherie is real, honest, kind and always making sure I am ok. Even got me a blanket to keep me warm because I was nervous! And Dr. D tells you straight and answers honestly. I had an extraction this week and he didn’t sugar coat it but explained everything before, during and after to make sure I understood everything happening. I even could call his cell if I had an after hour emergency. Yep. I will be coming back.. begrudgingly but not because of them, but because I hate going to the dentist because of previous experiences. This team might just change my mind...
It had been a VERY long time since I had visited the dentist. I was very nervous about how I would be treated but they were nothing but friendly and most of all understanding. They went above and beyond in helping me get back on the right track and I highly recommend them. Nancy was especially wonderful and Dr. Drexler is just what you are looking for in a dentist.
