The new year brought such a great energy to this office! So glad to see the new staff; such an improvement from the other lady that was at the front check in. She seemed to always have an attitude. I also had a very knowledgeable hygienist and the doctor has a great bedside manner. The doctor gave me great alternatives to some treatments I need and I think my next step is an implant with her because I feel so comfortable with her. Took away all my nerves! Thanks to the ladies at this office! I’ll be back and bringing some family members too!

When the hygienist and the dentist came to the chair I wasn't White knuckled as usual I was more laid back relaxed and listened as they spoke confidently relaxed and very knowledgeable. When the dentist walked into the room I was in, her presence was calming. I needed a tooth extracted and the dentist was caring. Her bedside manner was like no other...FANTASTIC!!! She cares about patients. I wasn't just another number! She talked with me to ease any concerns I had. The extraction went amazingly smooth. I finally have a wonderful dentist after many, many decades!! The assistants to the dentist were kind and patient and very accommodating! The office staff is kind and very helpful and again they too make the atmosphere amazing!!

My experience with the Midwest Dental team at Freeport is superb. I have chronic back pain and they are pleasant to make sure and have a pillow ready in the dentist chair (it’s written in my chart). They adjust my chair position until my back can tolerate the position and observe my cues during the visit. This visit I had a newer dental hygienist (Kim) who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Plus she was gentle with the high powered equipment that I didn’t have any pain. The Dentist (Dr Deepa Yadav) is professional, thorough, respectful, friendly and also makes me feel like an individual important person when being seen even during these Covid times. My appointment was 4/28
