She provided me with a blanket for warmth and comfort and maintained a positive conversation throughout, providing me with a relaxed and not anxious first time experience. The front office staff greeted me by first name and contributed to a friendly and warm environment. The staff and Doctor are all amazing.

Great teeth cleaning with Rebecca, very professional, thoughtful, and gentle compared to other hygienists I've gone to. She also took the time to educate me on the difference between the brushing technique I should use with a sonic care toothbrush vs a manual toothbrush, and she reviewed how I should use the floss threaders with my lingual bar. Very thorough and helpful, my oral hygiene will now be better in the future. The dentist is also very nice and professional. She answered all of my questions and held conversation without sacrificing any part of her job. Getting to my actual dentist, please excuse my lack of knowledge. She was also great very professional and still patient and informative. Rebeka without interrupting the process seemed to find time to challenge herself and learn what she could on top of what she knew. She showed drive, professionalism, character, top tier customer service and above all the willingness to keep learning. I hope that she gets every opportunity to advance in the direction she wishes.
This was my first-time visiting Midwest Dental. Since moving to Green Bay, I only went to Familia dental and since my visit there I honestly became terrified of going to the dentist. I was referred by friends from work once I got works insurance to check out Midwest dental and even though I didn't want to, I took the chance and did. It did take me a couple months to get in for an appointment, but I can say that from my experience today, the wait was worth it. Kenzie was the young lady who worked with me today. I was amazed at how much she talked to me about the process and about the information she gave me of why she was doing what she was doing, because of what was there and how to be better at my dental health. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful with any and every question. When Dr. Lee came in to overlook things it was the same, very knowledgeable and honest. They both worked together to make sure my questions were discussed and answered which I loved. In the doctor's office you usually do not cover every little topic you brought up, and even though I was holding back questions Kenzie spoke up and said Hey Dr. Lee, Jordhan and I discussed "....... "And it became a topic of discuss. I was blown away by their work and kindness today and will absolutely be returning. Thank you, guys!

This was 1 of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Little to no pain at all. I'm always afraid of the needle for numbing but I barely felt it. Dr Lee & her staff were amazing!
McKenzie did a great job. She was professional, informed me what she was doing, and kept me comfortable during my visit. The Dr took his time and addressed any concerns I had and provided easy to understand details of the condition of my teeth.
The dental hygienist was excellent and very kind. The dentist that treated me during my visit treated me wonderfully. I wasn't scheduled for any extractions but he was willing to adjust his schedule and fit me in last minute, so he could extract the teeth that were causing me pain. Also the dental hygienist that helped the dentist with the procedure was fantastic and let me hold her hand during the procedure. Excellent staff and customer service. Midwest Dental is my favorite dental facility I have ever been treated at.
It had been awhile since I saw a dentist, and Dr Briese made the visit much less stressful that I expected. The bad tooth is gone, and I survived. I would gladly see Dr Briese again in the future. Thank you.
The beginning of this week I had 3 fillings replaced that I had since the mid 70's. I could not have had a better experience. 2 of the 3 numbing shots were absolutely painless and the 3rd was not very bad at all. The work was done quickly, and even when the numbing finally went away a few hours after the procedure I had no problems or complications.
I will start off by saying that I’ve been deathly afraid of going to the dentist since I have been little. Cleanings and fillings have always had me shaking in the chair. I recently switched our dentist to the Midwest North location with Dr. Briese, and can honestly say I have never been so comfortable at the dentist. My family has had multiple visits recently, and we had nothing but awesome service by all the staff. Everyone is super friendly and quick to comfort and fears. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Briese. Great job to all!
Been going there for a few years, and have had wonderful experiences! They have even helped me with cold sores and canker sores. Great, friendly staff!

It had been longer than I'd like to admit since I had been to a dentist. Mackenzie was extremely personable and professional, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dentist was friendly, professional and straight to the point. I definitely recommend going here for your dental needs.
Very friendly helpful staff. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. They don't make you feel pressured to do any work that doesn't need immediate attention. Changed from last Dentist for that reason.
From the moment I walked in the building the staff gave me an embracing feeling. We even shared a few jokes.!
Loved the service of Midwest! This location was extremely understanding, helpful, and willing to work with me. The explained my issues in a kind way, and made me feel like they really cared. The work that was done was top notch, and I left feeling much better about my oral health. The were very reasonably priced for service, and guided me through the process. I had a few small issues with follow up calls and billing, but they were very worth grtting through for the excellent service.
Dr. Le and his staff are absolutely awesome ! They are caring and committed to making your dental experience a painless and easy one! Dr. Le has done a fantastic job on my teeth and I highly recommend him ! Every procedure I have had done there turned out wonderful and thanks to them my smile looks so much better than before !!
Everyone in the office from the front to the back is professional and caring. The office is comfortable and clean and they have modern equipment. I am happy to have my family at this office!

Great service. Feels like a private practice, very kind, gentle, and thorough staff and Dentist. Always friendly service, great appointment reminders, and awesome follow up. I searched for a great dental facility a while back after I had a bad experience at a different dentist. I have never been happier, and I am picky,
excellent experience, especially considering the work done. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible, and felt as though I was in good hands the entire procedure (root planing...ugh). I intend to stick with these guys going forward. very , very helpful with explaining billing as well.

Went in today with major pain. Staff was great, dentist was fantastic. They explained everything and took great care to make it as easy as possible for me. I had a root canal and 2 extractions. 5 hrs later and no pain and very very little discomfort. Definitely will be long term patient.
Just became a new patient at this Midwest Dental location. My experience exceeded expectations! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They took time to explain things throughly and answer questions I had during and after exam. After the appt and treatment recommendations they called my insurance company and gave me all the facts on my coverage. It was reassuring to know the facts about everything and not feel pressured by the staff. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
