I had decided that I need to take a more active part in my personal oral care, so when I had my recent biannual cleaning and check-up I took advantage of the opportunity to speak with Cassie, my hygienist. I brought several questions about adopting a new oral care regimen, asking not only “what” but “why.” Cassie had easy-to-understand and relatable explanations for everything, and she far exceeded my broad expectations. I came out with a new and solid perspective on how to ensure that I am doing everything reasonably possible to protect my teeth and gums for a lifetime -- without adding a lot of unnecessary activities -- and it certainly helped me to understand why these are the right things to do. Not only that, but I was aware of great skill as she worked through the entire cleaning process. I know it is odd to say, but I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist. I can never remember her name (petite lady with really short hair), but she is usually there when I go in for my appointments and is always helpful. I visited Midwest dental on University Avenue and had a great experience. Dr. Metzler described the upcoming procedures clearly and answered my questions. The tech who worked with me to get the impressions was efficient, professional and a delight!!

Midwest Dental has always provided great service. Recently I chipped a tooth - top row, right in front. Obviously I was looking to get this repaired ASAP to avoid embarrassment. Midwest was able to fit me in within just a couple of days and even gave me a call when an opening was available due to someone else cancelling. They are a top-notch operation.

I went to have my teeth cleaned, and it was really cold inside the office. I mentioned that I was freezing and Chelsea brought in two of those white sheet blankets like they have at the hospital. Covered me all up and I was cozy throughout my cleaning. Midwest Dental always does everything they can to make us comfortable while we are there!
My dental trip is always made pleasant by the staff at Midwest Dental Northeast. They're always on time, and the office is always neat and clean.
I switched over from being a Shawano Midwest Dental patient to coming to this location. From my previous experience I haven’t felt the greatest about going to the dentist but the doctor here and her staff changed my viewpoint. They are so nice and reassuring as well as accommodating to my needs as a patient. Definitely a place I will recommend for anyone needing dental care.

Kassie is a very well trained dental hygienist with a bachelors degree – rather unusual. She explained things to me about my teeth that I’d never understood before. She was efficient and friendly, and I felt very good about the service I was given.
The folks at the northeast office are super nice, very personable, and do a great job of keeping my teeth clean and healthy. It's like visiting friends while maintaining good oral hygiene! :)

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I needed a lot of work done on my teeth and I was in constant pain. I hadn't been to a Dentist in a while because I was embarrassed and ashamed of my teeth. I stopped smiling and laughing. I didn't want to attend social gatherings. Dr Metzler and his staff were professional, kind, and non judgmental from the beginning. I was given multiple treatment plan options that were thoroughly explained to me and tailored around my insurance benefits. Dr Metzler really listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. The work he's done is amazing. I have my confidence back and I can't stop smiling now!

The best Dentist I've ever had. I am not a Wisconsin resident but I am currently here for a short period of time and they found time to take me in. The care is unbelievable and I was treated like family. I have been diagnosed with cancer and getting a dentist here in Green Bay was my next step before treatment. Dr. Metzler is a very kind and caring person. He made me feel better and informed me as much as possible on my dental care before and after treatment. He was very empathetic and reassured me I was going to be okay and understood what was to come for my cancer treatment. I am definitely going to consider seeing him even after my time in Wisconsin because I've never received care like this in my life. He is worth it.

I saw Dr. Metzler for a tooth emergency and I was able to get in within 24 hours of my call. Not only was he very respectful and knowledgeable, he has a great personality and puts your dental anxiety at ease. My family goes to Midwest Dental on University Ave. Green Bay, Wi. I appreciate the friendly employees, from the front desk all the way to the dental chair area. They are very nice and do an excellent job. Our Great grandson had his teeth straightened and he looks like a new person. It was done by DR. Just and I considered the end results nothing short of a miracle. He had teeth growing in the roof of his mouth and they have all been moved to where they belong all in one year's time wearing braces. No surgery needed. My husband and I also go there and are quite pleased with everything they have done for us.

We recently moved to the Green Bay area and Midwest Dental was recommended to us by a coworker. Having worked for a dentist for 3 years, I was a bit hesitant to try a "chain" dentist as I had not heard very good things about them. I can gladly share that Dr Metzler is a very kind and gentle dentist. He explained everything to me before fixing my tooth and was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!

My experiences have been phenomenal at Midwest Dental. The receptionist was prepared, knowledgeable, & got me in immediately. The assistant was respectful and kept me up to date on the procedures I was getting. The doctors were very professional, curtious, & efficient. The staff has gotten me in twice due to a severe toothache the same day. I received antibiotics, x-rays, and alleviated my pain promptly. They listened to me, were empathetic, & catered to all my needs. They gave me a follow up appointment before I left & they called me later that day to see how I was doing. Midwest dental is a very good place to have your dental needs taken care of,no run around about insurance strait forward and helpful,my friend is in need of dental work and they got her in as soon as possible.
I am new to Green Bay and did not have a dentist in the area. When I broke a tooth and lost a crown I tried Midwest Dental and I have been very pleased with them. They got me in right away to look at my tooth and help me decide on the proper fix. Every one was very helpful, friendly and professional. I needed a root canal, tooth build up and a new crown and they were able to do all the work in their office. They were good at trying to work around my schedule and get the work done quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I'm a Dental Hygienist who worked for a dentist who sold his practice to Midwest Dental, Dale Nixon. I followed him there because I thought he was a great dentist. I was very happy with Midwest because of him and all the other people who worked there. Recently, Dr. Nixon retired. I just had a 6 month check up and saw the new dentist, Dr Metzler. He was great! He was very personable, intelligent, gentle and had a great chairside manor. I definitely plan to return to see him for my next check up in 6 months. I also love the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Missy. She was efficient, friendly and gentle. Jill and Janine at the front desk handled my check in and insurance information with a smile and made me feel welcome and that I was in good hands. I never felt rushed. These are the things that make for a great dental practice.
Ive been going to this dentist for years, Ive recommended them to my friends also and now they go there too. And we all love them! I would never go back to any other dentist. I do have copays with them and with my insurance I could go else where for free . But I choose to stay with Midwest because they are the BEST!
