They have music playing to make you feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend Midwest Dental for all of you dentistry needs. They do take really good care of there patients.

We switched from another dentist in our town who seemed to have a lot of turn over in help, and always was in to much of a hurry. Midwest is very good, they take their time. Highly recommend.
Dr. Mike, Wendy, Dianna and the rest of the staff at Midwest Dental are amazing. I was absolutely terrified of the dentist and my teeth were in pretty bad shape for avoiding going for over 20+ years. Dr. Mike and Wendy absolutely turned me around and have my teeth all fixed up and I truly enjoying going for dental appointments now. It is honestly something I look forward to. Can't find a much friendlier staff anywhere!!!!!!!
I work in construction and move a lot. It's always a challenge to find a new doctor, dentist, hair stylist....so on and so on, every time I move to a new town. Midwest Dental in Jacksonville is great! The staff is friendly and professional, Wendy is gentle and thorough, and Dr. Watkins is fantastic. He gives the most thorough examination I've ever had, including a cancer screening. Kudos to this team and I highly recommend them!
After a somewhat traumatic experience from a dentist I saw in California, I have avoided going to a dentist for the past 8 years. Something went wrong with one of my teeth and I finally had no choice but to see a dentist to get it fixed . . . pronto. I chose Dr. Watkins from all of his wonderful reviews. I can say without hesitation that I completely agree with the glowing reviews. He was the most kind and understanding dentist I have ever visited. I no longer feel completely apprehensive and paralyzed in response to going to the dentist. He was thoughtful and explained everything he was doing with such a kind voice and patience. If anyone is avoiding going to the dentist out of fear, I will encourage you to make a visit with him. I'm very grateful to him and his staff for making my visit comfortable. I was nervous going to a new dentist after 17 years of going to the same one. however, Dr. Watkins and his staff made the transition SO easy! He was very great. All of the google reviews, which I viewed while choosing my local dentist, are true. He is a great guy, his assistant Andrea is great also! I am excited for my next appointment.

Upon entering the front office, the staff told me they did not have me scheduled for an appointment that day but Dianna looked at the schedule and worked it so I could be seen that day. Wendy is always so gentle when working in my mouth and Dr. Mike is very thourough! I have went here for many years and I have always been really please with the service and recommend it to everyone I know.
This was my first visit to Midwest Dental and I would highly recommend them. Wendy is the best.....I get extremely nervous when visiting the dentist and she made the whole experience so pleasant and painless. Dr. Watkins was extremely nice and very professional. This is the best dental office I have ever experienced!!!! Wendy is the best!!!! She is the best, most gentle hygienist I have ever been to, and I am so glad I found her!!! Dr. Mike is amazing . . . I needed three fillings and asked that they all be done in one day since I drive over an hour to this office. I didn't feel the shot, and the fillings were done before I knew it. He is an excellent dentist!!! I would urge anyone looking for a new dentist to go to Midwest Dental and see Dr. Mike and Wendy!!!!!

I have been a customer of Dr Watkins for many years and I really like his staff. I have a gagging problem when things are in my mouth cleaning and repairing teeth, and his staff know how to keep me from being a problem when I have work done at his office. I have always felt very good after having work done on my teeth. When I need a problem solved, they get me scheduled fairly soon.
Staff is always professional, friendly and courteous. They take the time explain exactly what will be done and answer any questions or concerns I might have.
Dr. Watkins, Wendy and everyone else at Midwest Dental provide exceptional service. I live in a larger city 45 minutes away and consider the care I receive at Midwest Dental well worth the drive. I have recommended Dr. Mike to my friends for many years now.
