It was my 1st visit so I was anxious knowing I needed work done, not just a simple cleaning. As they went through the steps, x rays & exam, they talked to me the whole time. By telling me ahead of time, during, and after what they were up to it made me mire compatible and relaxed. They explained in detail what my issues were, told me all my options, then printed out the cost for each procedure. Not just the cost but also the breakdown of how much the insurance woukd pick up & how much was left on the balance for me to pay. They were so thuro covering all questions I had in my mind before I could even ask. I was so impressed with the doctor as well as all the help that were involved all the way down to the office woman. You guys are great! Thank you for putting me at ease. See you in a few weeks 😀

I came back from a trip badly in need of a root canal. Midwest Dental staff were wonderful about getting me scheduled that day and called when there was an earlier cancellation. Dr Wier was able to give me immediate relief and start antibioctic treatments. This furthest back upper molar required a referral to an endodontist to complete the root canal and Dr Wier was very honest about the complications. The endodontist confirmed that there was an uncommon 4th canal and confirmed that he couldn't find it without his specialized equipment. Thank you to Midwest Dental for their continuing great care and concern.
How can one Love a Dentist's office? On the other how not to? After 70+ years of receiving dental care and harm, I am in a position to make a judgement for myself. My experience over the last couple years with this office of Midwest Dental has found a wondrous combination: a great deal of the personal touch; Great training of the staff, and most of all a Dentist that knows his personal skills and the human body. That means he knows my nervous system and applies proper pain blocks; uses the tools to do the most effective in repairs with the least ancillary damage, and he does that at a reasonable cost and they take most insurance plans... Many words to describe a modern business with a small town flavor but they do apply. And, most of all I do not receive any special care for this review!
