I have had a great experience at Midwest Dental, Mondovi. I came here after not seeing a dentist for a few years due to some past dental trauma and anxiety. I felt I had a very thorough, non-judgmental, and comfortable cleaning from Angie and an honest and thorough exam by Kayla. We worked together to make a plan that worked within my financial abilities as she ranked the work I needed from most essential to just "watch" areas. When I came back to have some work done, Kayla explained every step she was doing, checked for comfort multiple times, and even checked in on me the next day. There was easy and friendly conversation at each visit and I don't feel as anxious to come for my next visit!

I had to have some work done recently and have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work. Dr Kayla Schreiner and her hygienist worked to complete the fillings quickly while also staying mindful of me to make sure I was comfortable the whole process to minimize the pain AND my anxiety. I can’t say enough good things about this location and the staff. I’ve been going there for 25+ years and I don’t plan on ever leaving!

Starting over with a new dentist is really tough for me. Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Schreiner at Midwest dental in Mondovi and I can’t say enough about how well it went. I had a 2 hour appointment with considerable amounts of drilling and I can truthfully say I felt no pain, not even mild discomfort. The result, 2 teeth that looked like brand new! She is just amazing as are her assistants Morgan and Erin. If you are at all a nervous dental patient, this is the place to go.

Both demonstrated incredible patience with a very difficult patient. My appointment September 15th, again with Ali and Dr. Schreiner, demonstrated the expertise of both of them. I've been to dozens of dental clinics in many different cities and countries in my 87 years - some clinics excellent, some good, some not so good. I would rate Midwest Dental Mondovi as the best of all of these. The technology has, of course, vastly improved over these years. But the professionalism, friendliness, concern, and warmth of this clinic's staff is wonderful.

Hygenist was friendly and offered me pain numbing when my eyes started to water, knowledgeable enough and skilled to get the tarter build up from under my gums. She explained it like getting a sliver out which is why it was painful. I had gingivitis a couple of weeks ago but following their instructions for flossing and actually starting to floss combined with the use of mouthwash its all gone (received mouthwash, toothbrush, and two floss boxes). She was even able to buff a stain out of one my front teeth.
