I had some tooth pain and had to see Dr. Gray as Dr. Bess was out of the office. Well....nothing changed....they are still the same people offering the same great service! When Dr. Unterman retired I, again, was concerned with who Aary she is very, very good! You can't go wrong by using Midwest Dental for your dental care! 2-23-22 Update…Dr Bess at Midwest Dental is now my dentist and compliments to her and her assistant, Alisha. They are very good..kind.. thoughtful..caring. I was in for a filling following a recent root canal and the filling was painless. I needed a root canal a few weeks back and Dr Bess referred me to Dr Swaar at Endodontist of Illinois in Bloomington…he and his team did excellent and I had no discomfort or pain at all. I certainly recommend Midwest Dental for your dental needs…from the front desk staff thru the whole process … they are the BEST. 8-3-23 update…went for my cleaning and Angie did an excellent job. Gracie prepared me for the cleaning appointment….both did a very good job. And, of course, Dr Bess is the best…she is very caring and explained everything to me in detail and I appreciated that. A very good group of staff at Midwest Dental!

She just made small talk and made sure I was ok before we started. The dentist came in and explained exact my what she was gonna do. Made sure my mouth was plenty numb before she started pulling the teeth. They explained to me what I should do with the medicine they prescribed and what I should eat for the first 24 hours. All in all it was a good experience. I will definitely be keeping them as my main dentist.

They made the necessary referral paperwork for a specialist that takes care of old failed root canals. Then I left with a prescription for antibiotics. Top notch. Very pleased.

An extraction is never fun, but she explained everything she was doing, and I had full confidence in her. I would say if you are looking for a dentist, you can be confident in selecting Midwest Dental.

Midwest Dental has served my family for the past 3 years. Dr. Bess and Dr. Gray are amazing! My Son has disabilities and they always do their best to make sure he is comfortable. It was my first time going to this facility. Staff and Dr’s were amazing and so welcoming. I give this 4 stars because I had my appointment when they just opened back up from the Covid-19. They are charging each patient $12 for “their” PPE. Not your own. I had my own mask on prior to walking in for my appointment. I personally did not agree to that. Every establishment should provide their own PPE. Taking money from people whom have been on hard times also during this pandemic do not need to pay another charge. This is my own opinion.
My first visit to Midwest Dental in Pontiac, IL was so appreciated! Angie was phenomenal and kept me informed every step of the way through my teeth cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Brandon Gray was very courteous and professional as well. Great first visit! Thank you so much!
Everyone from the front desk staff on back to Dr. Gray has made dentist visits a positive experience for our family! They took our allergies very seriously and went above and beyond to ensure safety. My children are already asking when they *get* to go back to the dentist. I call that a win!

Dr Bess is wonderful, she is very kind and caring. She did an awesome job always letting me know what she was doing next. Very pleased with my teeth. All the staff are very professional and helpful.

I always have a great experience at Midwest Dental. Since Dr. Jordan left I have been seeing Dr. Gray. He is excellent in explaining everything he does and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure. His assistant staff is great also. I would highly recommend Midwest Dental AND Dr. Gray!!

The whole staff are wonderful at Midwest. I met Dr. Gray for the first time and I am happy to have him in the care of my teeth. Midwest has been caring for my teeth now for almost 20 years and I have never experienced any problems with their service. Dr. Gray.... welcome aboard....
Called yesterday with a bad toothache. They were able to get me in on short notice and Dr. Gray was awesome. Everyone there was friendly.
let's just start by saying... I am a huge coward when it comes to the dentist, haven't been in some time. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was treated very friendly and professionally, have another appointment next week and I am sure it will be the same
This was my first visit snd everyone in this office is friendly, helpful and thorough. I am so glad I found them! I no longer dread going to the dentist.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Bess, she made me very comfortable and I am a baby at the dentist. She personally called me when I had a question, was very patient and reassuring.
Dr. Day is exceptional. He has been very patient with me during my nerve wrecking state of mind, while dealing with my first root canal. I would recommend Midwest Dental to anyone who is looking for dental work.

Good work, fair price. Fixed my kids cap for free even though it was done by another dentist. Twice. And they seem able to use the insurance tricks to avoid me paying more than I need to. So often we see a good healthcare provider hobbled by a bad front office that can't play the stupid insurance game. These folks do it right for me at least, and in my own home town. Gracias!~

My husband and I both had a wonderful experience here. As new patients we found the perfect place for our dental needs. Everyone made us feel like we had been going here forever. I can honestly say I enjoyed the checkup and cleaning , which is a first for me after 60 years. Dr. Day explained dental issues that no dentist had ever explained to me before. Needless to say we will staying with Midwest Dental.
Been going to Pontiac office since the 1970's. I'm 67 yr old, they have taken care of Cavities, Crown, & cleaning all those years. I Drive from Minonk, customer focus feels great.
I moved to Pontiac from Crest Hill. For awhile I would drive back and forth from Crest Hill for my dental appointments. After awhile it just got to be too much. I found Midwest Dental and I have been very happy. There is staff is very professional. Dr. Day is my Dentist and Julie Dawson is my dental hygienist. They take the time to explain things. Thanks!
Not looking forward to coming into the dentist to have a broken tooth looked at I have to say that I was very happy with choosing Midwest Dental. This was my first visit and I will be back as a regular now for sure on all routine and dental work. Dr Lentz and his assistant Gretchen really eased my mind and talked me through every detail of what they were going to do. They made me feel comfortable and calm in a very uncomfortable situation for me. My recovery has been great and I will recommend Midwest Dental to anyone that I talk to for sure. Thank you for being so good to me while I was being such a big baby.
I have the great misfortune of having less than ideal genetics for good teeth. Subsequently, I have had more than my fair share of dental work. The crew at Midwest Dental, from reception to check-out are fantastic! Dr. Smitha Bhandary is the best! Typically I am difficult to get numb, but she is very accurate, keeps you pain-free, and the anesthetic is starting to wear off as you leave the office. I am so sorry, as I have forgotten their names, but her tech and hygienist are excellent also! They are both great at what they do and the whole gang is genuinely pleasant to be with. I'm not a huge fan of getting my teeth worked over, but when I need too, I wouldn't want anyone else to do the task!
We were looking for a local dentist as we had moved to the area in the last year and it was time for check ups. Midwest Dental staff took all the information for our family of 5 over the phone and was able to get us appointments right away. Two of my girls were seen the same day! Once we arrived the reception staff were super friendly and we were seen very quickly with hardly any wait. The staff and dentist answered all my questions and were just great with my younger daughters! I highly recommend this office!
