You can't go wrong by using Midwest Dental for your dental care! 2-23-22 Updateā¦Dr Bess at Midwest Dental is now my dentist and compliments to her and her assistant, Alisha. They are very good..kind.. thoughtful..caring. I was in for a filling following a recent root canal and the filling was painless. I needed a root canal a few weeks back and Dr Bess referred me to Dr Swaar at Endodontist of Illinois in Bloomingtonā¦he and his team did excellent and I had no discomfort or pain at all. I certainly recommend Midwest Dental for your dental needsā¦from the front desk staff thru the whole process ā¦ they are the BEST. 8-3-23 updateā¦went for my cleaning and Angie did an excellent job. Gracie prepared me for the cleaning appointmentā¦.both did a very good job. And, of course, Dr Bess is the bestā¦she is very caring and explained everything to me in detail and I appreciated that. She just made small talk and made sure I was ok before we started. The dentist came in and explained exact my what she was gonna do. Made sure my mouth was plenty numb before she started pulling the teeth. They explained to me what I should do with the medicine they prescribed and what I should eat for the first 24 hours. All in all it was a good experience. I will definitely be keeping them as my main dentist.

They made the necessary referral paperwork for a specialist that takes care of old failed root canals. Then I left with a prescription for antibiotics. Top notch. Very pleased.

Scheduling was very easy and cleaning was done well and without any issues. Easy process even with new safety protocols in place.
My visit was wonderful. First I had a cleaning, Angie was very thorough and gentle. I got a little scolding for not flossing, but that was well deserved. After that Dr Gray did stage two of my dental implant. He and Bria were also great. Never had any pain or discomfort, and they explained everything in real time so I wasnāt caught off guard. Excellent dental office!!!
My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 1 1/2 weeks ago by Dr Gray. It was amazing. She did wonderful. It was a better experience and healing process than the rest of our family who have had it done in Bloomington. I highly recommend Dr Gray. If your insurance is accepted at Midwest it also makes it more affordable.

Everyone from the front desk staff on back to Dr. Gray has made dentist visits a positive experience for our family! They took our allergies very seriously and went above and beyond to ensure safety. My children are already asking when they *get* to go back to the dentist. I call that a win!

The whole staff are wonderful at Midwest. I met Dr. Gray for the first time and I am happy to have him in the care of my teeth. Midwest has been caring for my teeth now for almost 20 years and I have never experienced any problems with their service. Dr. Gray.... welcome aboard....

I would definitely recommend Dr. Bess, she made me very comfortable and I am a baby at the dentist. She personally called me when I had a question, was very patient and reassuring.

Good work, fair price. Fixed my kids cap for free even though it was done by another dentist. Twice. And they seem able to use the insurance tricks to avoid me paying more than I need to. So often we see a good healthcare provider hobbled by a bad front office that can't play the stupid insurance game. These folks do it right for me at least, and in my own home town. Gracias!~

My husband and I both had a wonderful experience here. As new patients we found the perfect place for our dental needs. Everyone made us feel like we had been going here forever. I can honestly say I enjoyed the checkup and cleaning , which is a first for me after 60 years. Dr. Day explained dental issues that no dentist had ever explained to me before. Needless to say we will staying with Midwest Dental.
Been going to Pontiac office since the 1970's. I'm 67 yr old, they have taken care of Cavities, Crown, & cleaning all those years. I Drive from Minonk, customer focus feels great.
I moved to Pontiac from Crest Hill. For awhile I would drive back and forth from Crest Hill for my dental appointments. After awhile it just got to be too much. I found Midwest Dental and I have been very happy. There is staff is very professional. Dr. Day is my Dentist and Julie Dawson is my dental hygienist. They take the time to explain things. Thanks!
Not looking forward to coming into the dentist to have a broken tooth looked at I have to say that I was very happy with choosing Midwest Dental. This was my first visit and I will be back as a regular now for sure on all routine and dental work. Dr Lentz and his assistant Gretchen really eased my mind and talked me through every detail of what they were going to do. They made me feel comfortable and calm in a very uncomfortable situation for me. My recovery has been great and I will recommend Midwest Dental to anyone that I talk to for sure. I have the great misfortune of having less than ideal genetics for good teeth. Subsequently, I have had more than my fair share of dental work. The crew at Midwest Dental, from reception to check-out are fantastic! Dr. Smitha Bhandary is the best! Typically I am difficult to get numb, but she is very accurate, keeps you pain-free, and the anesthetic is starting to wear off as you leave the office. I am so sorry, as I have forgotten their names, but her tech and hygienist are excellent also! They are both great at what they do and the whole gang is genuinely pleasant to be with. I'm not a huge fan of getting my teeth worked over, but when I need too, I wouldn't want anyone else to do the task!
We were looking for a local dentist as we had moved to the area in the last year and it was time for check ups. Midwest Dental staff took all the information for our family of 5 over the phone and was able to get us appointments right away. Two of my girls were seen the same day! Once we arrived the reception staff were super friendly and we were seen very quickly with hardly any wait. The staff and dentist answered all my questions and were just great with my younger daughters! I highly recommend this office!
