And the very best part, they extracted a wisdom tooth and I was in no pain during the procedure, nor at home afterwards. A little expected tenderness, but I was able to enjoy the rest of my day after the extraction. We are very blessed to have them here in Rolla.

I was then seen by the dentist and he was thorough, friendly and did a great job explaining what he was doing. He also answered all my questions. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10!! Dr. Stephanie Hawley is the BOMB! I will NEVER go anywhere else! And I am Terrified of dentists, and have not been to one in 35+ years. I had a terrible toothache, and it was getting infected so I broke down and went. And I am glad that I chose her. She is such a sweet little thing, and her tech is equally as amazing. The whole staff was amazing from the second I walked in. I was a new patient, and when I walked in, I signed a paper and and never even sat down.. They took me straight back. She treated me like I was 5 ( because that is what I wanted and asked for ) I LOVE THIS PLACE as far as dentist go... lol.. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about how caring, and wonderful this dentist is. I had to get prepped for a crown. I made an Appt but asked to be put on the wait list to see if i could come in sooner. In less than a week I was notified that I could come in sooner! The Appt went as planned and I was pleased to be seen earlier.

Moved on down here from Michigan a few years ago an started going to Dr Heitman . Hes great there were a few veneers my old dentist put in but wouldnt take care of . Dr Heitman fixed the problem and put in crowns that are so much better . Great guy
Dr Heitman and Carley are incredible! They literally walk you through the whole process and explain everything. They really do care about their patients, and want you to feel as comfortable as possible. I have horrific dental anxiety and they helped through the whole process.

This establishment by far is the finest dental office I have ever been too. So glad I found this place, first the phone call, was greeted by someone on the other end who was knowledgeable and understood my problems, second, the staff at my first appointment was greeted so nicely and began the process of a new patient, to say the least, enjoyable and even had a laughable moment, which helped release a lot of stress. Third, the official visit for my toothache, it was scheduled but had to do an emergency visit because of much pain, the extraction went without a hitch, and I was on my way. Tried multiple different dentists around the area and have been very displeased. Went back to Midwest after years of trying other dentists and was very pleased with the service and people there! My front tooth was chipped and vanity made me hate it, Dr. Heitman made me feel heard and helped me when every other dentist brushed me off. Jen, Tricia and Dr. Heitman were AMAZING! I have struggled for years to find a Dentist that understands how difficult it is to stay numb during dental work..FINALLY FOUND ONE, after all these years...Dr. Heitman was EXCELLENT! Dr Heitman was a very much friendly dentist. The whole experience was reassuring, on top of the extra service he provided in assuring that my teeth would be lasting after the filling. Great first experience! I called with pretty bad pain. They were able to get me in the very next morning. I was a new patient, so I really appreciated that. Dr. Heitman and Heather took great care of me. I will be using them from now on, and plan on switching my whole family to them.

Had my semi-annual check and cleaning yesterday. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Kate, my dental hygiene technician is the best! What a joy to have her take care of my teeth. Kate is very thorough in performing my cleaning. Her pleasant outlook is always refreshing. I always feel Kate has my best interest and doesn't stop until every tooth has been attended to. Then Dr Varney comes in and reviews X-rays and then checks each tooth. Midwest Dental; will always be the place for our dental needs.

The receptionists are very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming here. My hygienists were gentle and offered zero judgment during my cleaning, even explaining what they were doing as they cleaned my teeth; the best experience I’ve had during a cleaning. The dentist had excellent bedside manner and offered good advice; she was able to answer all my questions and took the time to make a dental impression for me to try out a mouth guard before I purchase one. They’ve got the best prices in town, and a waiting time that isn’t absurd.

Im not a fan of going to the dentist. I don’t know of many that are. We do it because we want to remain healthy. Since Mrs Dr V became my dentist, I don’t enjoy it more but I do feel safe. I just got a filling redone and it didn’t hurt one bit! She has bedside manner, talks through the procedure before and checks on you during, being sure to provide you encouragement. I do like her being my dentist and the quality of work and her professionalism is important to me! Thank you so much!!

Was able to get me in on a short notice and I was not an established pt. Opens at 7 a.m. allowing you to get in prior to work for alot of people this is a great option. Provided the highest quality care and treatment. Answered all questions and concerns I had and helped with billing / insurance issues. Visting town lost a filling and they got me in 1st thing next morning took care of it. Very professional and friendly handling my filling. Liked that they had all coronavirus precautions in place, felt very safe.

Yesterday I was seen to have my first ROOT CANAL, you can only imagine my fear and hesitation. I am a sissy-girl when it comes to a visit to the dentist office, been like that for years due to a horrible experience way back. First, I am so pleased to report, I felt no pain! All the horror stories I have heard through the years faded away at the hands of this dentist and his assistant! Everything was explained to me before anything took place in a very calm, confident manner. Their computers were down and even before beginning, the dentist had an fresh x-ray taken to double check the root issue and placement. That alone, made me feel that I was in competent hands! Through out the procedure a few more x-rays were done, just to double check that all was as it should be! The best news was when I woke up this morning, I had no pain or discomfort in my mouth!!!! I am so grateful to MidWest Dental for making this root canal a very positive experience! Thank you Doctor and Phyllis, I do appreciate your time, expertise, professionalism and tender understanding of my fears through this experience! Thank you so much, I recommend MidWest to everyone!
I really like the new dentists. Very nice and easy to talk to about problems, they are very conscious of time and comfort. I've been in twice for filling cavities in the past year and they are extremely good with numbing before drilling, quick procedures, and recovery time. My last procedure I received two fillings and I was done in about 45 minutes. When my mouth regained feeling about 1.5 hours later, there was 0 pain and I had no problems eating or drinking. Even the next day it was hard to remember I had a procedure done. This is much better than the other 3 dentists I've been to in my life! I'm very happy with the Varney's!

Excellent Dental Care and Awesome Staff! We 1st found Midwest Dental last year when my husband had a dental emergency. After having horrible experiences in the past, my husband was quite nervous. Denice was able to calm him and assured him that the doctors here were the best and would make sure he was comfortable. Well, she was right! Dr. Coffey was awesome. My husband already had an upper plate and they were able to take his bottom teeth and made him a complete set of PERFECT dentures. Yesterday was my first appointment and I have to say I was also happy with the service. Heather was gentle with me (i'm a big baby at the dentist) and they were able to set up my next appointment for a deep cleaning and the 1 tooth I need fixed on the same day. Dr. Varney was very personable and honest with me. Don't want to forget the office staff, Megan at the front desk always has a smile and is very helpful and friendly. Truth be told, when we first started going to Midwest Dental they were out of network, but we were so impressed we were willing to pay a little more out of pocket. Happy to say they are now in network but regardless we would stay with them. That's how good they are!
Had a cleaning and exam here. During the exam the dentist found a cavity and took the time to show me where it was. When I later got the cavity filled it was a completely painless process. The people who work here and the atmosphere put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this place.
