Always takes the time to check in with you without making you feel rushed, so he can get to the next patient. A pleasant visit every time. Take it from someone truly afraid of dentists … Dr. Farag and his whole staff have won me over in two visits! Each one … from Front Desk, to assistant, to hygienist, to Dr. Farag, they could not have put me more at ease. Due to my fear, it’s been many years since my last visit to a dentist, so by this time I had to have 4 teeth pulled on one side!! I was very nervous for that appointment, but I was quickly put at ease. Dr. Farag was awesome! The Novocaine is the hardest part, but he has a gentle touch and is patient. Now comes the gum treatments … but I don’t dread it as much as I used to. So, I highly recommend Dr. Farag at Midwest Dental.

Midwest Dental and it employees are wonderful , I walked in and they took care of me even though I wasn't a patient yet , I am now ... I broke took off and thought I could just wiggle it loose and pulled it out myself , well a huge infection and a lot of pain later , Dr, Simmons took care to get me on an antibiotic right away and pointed me to an Oral surgery and this friday having the took pulled, but between Missy and doctor I think they have convinced me to try and save a few of my lower teeth and not have a denture made... Good health care workers to the core and just great humans , thank you very much Sheila Comaroto

Every staff member I met was very kind and Dr. Simmons was very friendly and gentle. They used a high-pressure water thing to do most of my cleaning, which was tremendously better than the 45 minutes of scraping that I remember from my past dental experiences. They were even accommodating with my bringing my 5 month old along. I go to the grocery store next door, and have to say that the outside of the office looks a little outdated so I didn't have high hopes for what to expect inside – but the office was very modern, clean & inviting. I already made my next appointment to go back! Thank you Midwest Dental Salem. :)

Right from the get go, Family Dental was different than the rest. Their front office staff could not have been friendlier. They made it easy to make an initial appointment, and made me feel very welcome upon check in. Dr. Simmons and his staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. They listened earnestly when I expressed a concern about a divot in my molar, and were honest about assuring me that it was nothing to worry about. I left my appointment feeling great about the care that I received. I cannot recommend Family Dental in Salem enough!
