The main reason I entered the dental field was to be able to help people while being able to form relationships with my patients. I strive to treat my patients and their families through a variety of preventative & restorative treatments and by helping them choose what treatment is best for them.

I don't even have words to describe how happy I am with the care I have received. They are kind, efficient, caring, compassionate, everything they need to be to given an overall great experience and excellent care. Dr. Van Pay specifically lights up the room and eases any anxiety you may have. The assistants along side of her helping through her procedures also make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. I have had to have a lot of different things done over the past few months, from deep cleanings, cavity fillings, and even a minor root canal fix. The difference in my teeth is significant I am SO happy that I decided to go to this location. ALSO AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - for my deep cleaning specifically the dental hygienist no doubt LOVES her job and strives to go above and beyond to give you the best outcome. I ABLSOLUTELY love her and appreciate everything!

Dr. Rebecca is great; on my first visit, she noticed something where my bottom right molar had been. She was concerned about it and had the gals in the office try to locate past records from other dentists to see if this was something new or had been there for a while. I had my 6 month cleaning yesterday with the float hygienist, Missy. She is fabulous! Not only was Missy friendly and made me feel comfortable, but she gave me great information on my teeth and made a few suggestions for me to try to help with the dry mouth that I get from wearing a mask all day at work. I wish Missy was at the Suamico location all the time!

My hygienist, Heather, not only does an amazing job on the cleaning she talks to me like we’ve been friends for years!
I need more stars ... 5+++. The Midwest Dental staff is excellent. They are friendly, professional and just good people. You'd think it would feel like a chain, but it's the people that count ... and they make you feel like a neighbor. They are upfront about the cost. The cost has been reasonable. Your teeth feel really clean after the dental hygienist is done, but without hurting your gums. Their attention to detail is amazing ... even when they do the x-ray they have a pad, so when you bite down it is comfortable. They don't use the old cardboard bite that is the equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. The entire staff ... from the front desk, the dentists, the hygienists ... all make you feel comfortable and greet you like a friend. I don't go anywhere if I don't like the bedside manner. They are masters. Thanks much. I just saw Heather today and she is wonderful. Great at her job and so friendly. The front desk rocked it too!

My dentist retired about 7 years ago and I hadn’t gone to a dentist since him. Was scared to death of going since I was certain I’d have 10 cavities. Everyone here was incredibly nice and understanding. Very gentle, which I was incredibly grateful for. And, best part, NO CAVITIES! So happy I no longer feel like I have to avoid the dentist.

Dr. Rebecca is the most compassionate, efficient dentist I've ever had. She and her kind-hearted, professional staff performed a procedure that absolutely saved my upcoming holiday week. I've lived in 7 different cities over the years and have had many dentists along the way. She is, by far, the BEST dentist I've ever had.
Friendly and professional. The hygienist was thorough; exam was quick. I like the way they set up an individual treatment plan for the long haul. Billing is easy. They even have a member-discount program that you can sign up for.

Going to the dentist has been difficult my ENTIRE life....Last year my dentist (whom I was very comfortable with) retired after serving the community 40 years! So now I need to start over!!! A friend @the Y (who. works for United Health Ins.) recommended Midwest Dental in Suamico....WOW! I just completed my 2nd. visit with Dr. Rebecca and am so pleased with her AND the entire staff! Dr. Reckelberg is a very thorough, professional dentist that seems to really care about her patients. She prepares you for what to expect when working on you and always checks to see how you are feeling during a procedure. The rest of the staff is very friendly also.
