My goal as a dentist is to provide each patient with the sense of trust that they are being treated like my own family and friends. I believe in educating patients so they feel motivated to engage in their oral health decisions. Creating a fun and comfortable environment for my patients to experience their dental treatment is also important to me. I enjoy helping to build confidence through smiles and I hope each patient leaves feeling valued, cared for and assured they have a dental home through me.

She's warm, welcoming, helpful, thoroughly explains things and she's oh so gentle. I really appreciated how she talked to me, cracked jokes and kept me engaged thru the entire exam and cleaning. I had been a patient of Dr. Kravig for quite a few years in the past and adore her so I'm glad to have her back as my dentist. Thankfully I have good teeth but that also means I don't need to see Dr. Kravig often. Only for my twice a year check ups/ exams, so most of my visits and communications are w/ the hygienist. Having a good hygienist that I 'click with' truly makes a world of difference! I no longer have/ get anxiety prior to my appts like I did previously w/ the other hygienist I had. She made me feel as if she didn't like/ care much for me so I'm thrilled to have a new/ different, friendly and kind hygienist who does seem to like/ care for and about me. Thank you!

The staff does a GREAT job making sure their patients are as comfortable as possible :) They are very friendly, patient, and genuinely their patients to feel at ease going to the dentist. They take their time explaining what they are doing throughout the exam, cleaning, and other procedures [like fillings], and educate you on the importance of good dental hygiene (instead of 'scold' you for not flossing or brushing enough like many dentists I've gone to before tend to do). Even though I live and work in Kenosha, it's totally worth the 20 minute drive for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

In the several years I have been going to Midwest Dental, I've never experienced severe pain in the procedures done. They are all courteous, caring, and compassionate.
I hadn't been to the dentist in 10+ years. The scraping, the poking, the drilling was just unbearable. Little did I know that all dentist offices are not created equal. A toothache lead me to Midwest Dental. A quick exam revealed that I had 2 cavities, and was in severe need of a cleaning. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Nothing like my prior dentist office. Gentle and pain free. That was already 6ish years ago and I've been back every 6 months since. Cheryl does an excellent job keeping my teeth clean and gums healthy. Most importantly, she's gentle! Dr. Kravig has filled a few cavities for me over the years and I have to say, getting teeth drilled has never been so painless! I would recommend anyone to them. Do so without delay!

I am not a great dental patient, but the staff at Midwest is wonderful and patient with me. They are also great with my kids. None of them mind going to the dentist. :)
