I enjoy getting lost in a good book, scrapbooking, cooking, and spending time with my family who still reside in central Wisconsin and friends who span across the Midwest. I also enjoy cheering on the Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers.

Dr. Lang is incredible she is so kind and patient. For someone who has been terrified of the dentist for most of my life she has made it easy and comfortable to come back and get the work I need done with no judgment. All the staff is amazing and personable. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth (I forgot her name) was so nice and caring, checked in to make sure I was doing okay with how nervous I was. I cannot thank Midwest staff enough for their incredible care and support. They are the absolute best!

I didn't have a current dentist and was too afraid to go because past dentist visits at other places have always caused me pain and left me dreaming the next appointment. Recently I had tooth pain that I NEEDED to have taken care of. I went for an emergency appt at midwest, and was given options for how I wanted to proceed with a bad tooth. I went in for an extraction that I was SCARED TO DEATH of. But I never once felt any pain, no discomfort, and the staff as well as dentist were all super friendly and professional. Will definitely continue using midwest in the future and for my family!

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist my entire life, because of the lack of empathy and over 50 years of different dentists. Doctor Jenna Lang is the best dentist I have ever gone to and haven't been scared to go get treatment for my teeth because of her personality, her professional, yet talkative care, and anytime I started feeling even a little bit of pain, she numbs my mouth more so I don't feel anything. The camaraderie with the rest of the staff for dr. Lang are amazing. It's actually enjoyable to go to the dentist because Skylar and Dr. Lang are funny, witty, and banter back and forth while working on my teeth and it gets me laughing to the point where I I am distracted by their conversations and that helps me forget that I'm getting my teeth drilled or pulled Etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Jenna Lang for anybody who has Dental anxiety... I had it big time prior to seeing her and now I actually dot-dot. I know it sounds crazy dot-dot-dot but I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of how professional they are, how much empathy they have for their patience, they always take the time to answer all my questions, when even having to sometimes repeat things to me, and their hilarious banter back and forth while working on my teeth is very enjoyable. I would also like to include Bobbi in this review because she does the cleaning on my teeth and she is absolutely fantastic, top notch and has the best sense of humor also wouldn't comes to treating my teeth and being able to talk to me about whatever to keep my mind off of what's going on with what she's doing to my teeth. I would also like to commend the reception staff, because they are so personal, so friendly, patient, kind , and they also do a fantastic job, and are extremely patient when I've had to ask them to review my bills. The entire staff at Midwest Dental in Wausau are absolutely the top notch dentist I have ever had! I would highly recommend going to this office in Wausau. It is off of Stuart Avenue and since the covid-19 broke out, they've taken extreme, extreme care in terms of patience only one in the waiting room , and maybe one of the only other patient... So nothing can be transferred and they are on top of constantly disinfecting and cleaning everything. If there was a 10 star rating I would give dr. Jenna Lang and all of her staff a 10 SEER rating and I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a dentist in the area and don't know where to go, or are not happy with your current dentist, because these people are unbelievably the best I have had in over 50 years.

We've been to other dentists including pediatric dentists and Dr. Jenna Lang was by far the most welcoming and friendly to my child. My 6 year old asked if she can be her forever dentist! We are driving well over an hour to see her. What brought us to Midwest is that a parent is allowed in the building with their child. Otherwise, I don't know if we would've ever convinced my child to get much needed dental work done.

I love going for my 6 month cleanings because I like to see them! The whole atmosphere is friendly and the front desk and billing people are always smiling and kind!

Dr. Charging and the staff are very engaged, friendly, and competent, but most of all they are perfectionists. I think when it comes to dental work that's the best way to be. I'm about halfway through a rather extensive treatment plan and have only positive experiences. Mostly I work with Dr. Charging, Debbie, Nicole, and Angle at the desk. But everyone else I deal with is the same way. The VA is paying for my treatment and I'm really glad Midwest Dental accepts their referrals. I need a lot of work and we are underway.

(I previously had commented about the lack of taller chairs for us people with mobility issues and now there are two) They listen to the customer's needs. Didn't wait long and Lynn was out to get me within 5 minutes. Lynn did a great job and Dr. Charging came in at the end and did a thorough check of the teeth and mouth and viola I was done. Great job by all and yes the receptionist as well, very pleasant to talk to. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Thank you for getting the chairs.
