It was amazing!! I have never had a positive experience at a dentist, UNTIL I went to MIDWEST DENTAL FREEPORT! They have given me hope. When the dentist walked into the room I was in, her presence was calming. I needed a tooth extracted and the dentist was caring. Her bedside manner was like no other...FANTASTIC!!! She cares about patients. I wasn't just another number! She talked with me to ease any concerns I had. The extraction went amazingly smooth. I finally have a wonderful dentist after many, many decades!! The assistants to the dentist were kind and patient and very accommodating! The office staff is kind and very helpful and again they too make the atmosphere amazing!!

Referring to your Oregon office. I am Debbie Tessler. After my visit last year to you and having you refer me to a so called dental specialist In Dixon who recommend I have ALL of my teeth extracted and get a full set of dentures I decided to go to True Smiles in Rock Falls. After they did extensive testing on my teeth It seemed that I have MANY teeth that were savable. I now have 2 bridges made by them and they are wonderful. I now have a full set of teeth and I do not even know the bridges are there. Shame on you for taking money I did not have to spare. I am sure you will not post this but that is fine. You cannot get away with this in a small town. I see why you relocated to Freeport.

Recently visited this location, office is very professional and bright. Dr. Ghazal did an amazing job fixing my front tooth which was chipped, cracked, and uneven. She is very patient and goes the extra mile to make sure things get done correctly and to the patient's satisfaction. The material she used cosmetically matched spot on with my own tooth color so it looks very natural; thanks for making my smile look great again!

I got a filling and in less than 3 weeks the filling came out while traveling overseas. Upon contacting the office and informing them that I wouldn't be back in the area for months I was told that they would reverse the claim with my insurance and therefore the replacement could/would be paid by my insurance. So I got the replacement filling. When I called today to make sure it was being handled, I was told that she now checked with her boss and the reversal isn't going to happen and I have to pay for the replacement out of my pocket. This is terrible customer service. If she didn't know how it would be handled she should have asked up front instead of telling me one thing and then asking only to get a different. I asked if they would reimburse me for the portion I paid and was told no. The only person out anything is me!

My experience with the Midwest Dental team at Freeport is superb. I have chronic back pain and they are pleasant to make sure and have a pillow ready in the dentist chair (it’s written in my chart). They adjust my chair position until my back can tolerate the position and observe my cues during the visit. This visit I had a newer dental hygienist (Kim) who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Plus she was gentle with the high powered equipment that I didn’t have any pain. The Dentist (Dr Deepa Yadav) is professional, thorough, respectful, friendly and also makes me feel like an individual important person when being seen even during these Covid times. My appointment was 4/28

I went in for a root canal and I was terrified of the procedure because I didn't know what to expect. When Dr. Yadav came in I instantly started crying lmao. She insured me that I had nothing to worry about and she would make me comfortable as possible. She did just that. It was overall painless and very to little discomfort afterwards. I highly recommend to check her out she will do her best to make sure you are very comfortable and explain process very thoroughly, and her team is awesome as well. :)
