I have been attending here for about two years. The dentist is great. The business as a whole is not. Last year I only got one cleaning. I'm leaving benefits on the table at this dentist as they are understaffed and have too many patients. They cancelled my cleaning twice last year, then had to wait 9 months for next cleaning. Just had my cleaning a few weeks ago and now they are scheduling 12 months out. Keep hearing the same story for the past two years, they don't have enough hygienist's. Sorry, looking elsewhere.

The staff did do a great job but that not the issue. The issue is the communication and the changes in pricing. I was told I was going to be contacted and then a appointment would be set up. He said he would Discuss with the surgeon Up up my wisdom teeth in call me back with a week. I never revived I'll call back.i wouldn't for a tooth cleaning. Then was told a more expensive estimate for my wisdom teeth then before. Looking at the paper items wrer removed without my knowledge. When I questioned it. They referred me to a surgeon in sheboygan. It makes me hesitant to do further business because of the dishonesty. It would have gone differently if I received a call back and was given a time a day at the office. I will not be refusing Midwest Dental to anyone, in fact the opposite. Please don't bother leaving a I'm sorry replay, it's to late for that aknowledgement.

I WASN'T INFORMED UNTIL ABOUT 15 hours before my appointment (made 6 months prior) that Midwest Dental voluntarily left my insurance plan, and I would be paying for services "out of network". This despite the fact they knew several MONTHS prior. My second visit to them, and honestly I never gelled with Dr Jose Giraud or the dental hygienist. The office strikes me as kind of cold/sterile. To be fair, I had the same dentist for more than 40 years prior, so I didn't expect that level of recognition. First dental office I ever saw that discourages you from taking the complimentary dental care package...brush, paste and floss. They seem driven by $$$ above patient care.

Dr. Mikhail is fantastic! He really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best smile possible, it is obvious that he is not only experienced but also takes pride in and enjoys his work. As always, the rest of the staff is friendly and organized. Scheduling is simple and they offer reminders for those of us that are too busy to keep our schedules straight!
