Robo phone calls are outrageous. I had to block them yet they still show up on caller ID. I have called twice to remove our number, the last call the person who answered was very rude said she will cancel the calls I reminded her she said that before her response, "I told you I'd cancel". Maybe customer service training is due. Dental work was fine but the up front person and robo calls have caused our family to go elsewhere.

They lied to me and they charge more becareful!, poor customer service, unprofessional and greed, they lied about taking kids but don't have necessary equipments for kids, don't mistake the 5 star you see, folks gave them, they pay to get the 5 star it's their friend's and family. The said, I owe them $22 which I have nothing to do, and they'll not make an appointment until I pay $22, the manager Meghan and Jen front desk are very rude with bad attitude and disrespectful, they harrased my entire family and they care less, they treat people of color different! don't ever go to Midwest dental they're fake and hostile environment, I would gave them 0 star!

I just had my xrays sent to my new dentist. There is a cavity clearly visible that was missed TWICE by Dr. Steen. The first time was on the visit when the xrays were taken and the second when he reviewed them at my last cleaning. This cavity had been there for a year getting worse.... I've paid twice for him to review these images. When I first started seeing him he bragged: 'I'm expensive but I stand behind my work'. Later when his crown failed, I asked him to explain what he had meant by that since he was charging me full price to replace it. He got irate and told me I can go somewhere else. Then he left without finishing the exam... of course I was charged full price. I decided to see a new dentist because I haven't felt confident in him since his outburst and i've suspected he's holding that against me. Sure enough, he 'missed' an easily visible cavity on an xray he's reviewed twice. I should also add, his hands shake now too. Time for the pasture Dr Steen! Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere... no matter how nice people say he is, does that really matter if he does shoddy work?

I also never felt like I was being scolded as I usually do when going to the dentist. This was the absolute best dentist visit I have ever had and I absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I will be returning for a cleaning in a few weeks and expect a similar experience.

She was professional and very, very experienced. (I was pretty surprised at the strong numbing effect of a simple gel.) Rachel, the Business Manager, worked very compassionately with my situation. I would highly recommend this team! Haven't worked with other staff or Dentists, but everyone seemed very upbeat.

I actually take better care of my teeth now, because I don't get scolded or leave Advanced Dental Group feeling shame. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Steen is actually an interesting guy (despite being a dentist!) and has been nothing but kind about my dental phobia. There are 3 dentists within a mile of my house, but I drive out of my way to go to Advanced Dental Group.

I have to say that i really liked this place at first, but they are so rude. Dr. Howard was very nice, and becuase of miscommunciation account was behind. I have called back to schedule appt and they said they cant! really? AFter i spent thousands on crowns? thanks! i will take my business somewhere else-- plenty of businesses out there :) Will not return ever again! Dont go there! Save your time and money! they are money hungry!
