These people will overcharge for services that a college town dentist could provide cheaper. They did not tell me that they were out of network and sent a bill for $500 for something my old dentist would have charged less. They do not care about your well being, only how much money they can extract from u.

We have a kiddo with a very big fear of shots and were unsuccessful with another dentist in town. She was unable to go through with fillings even with being premedicated. Our last option was trying Midwest Dental Care. Today she successfully got half of her fillings done at this office. I'm so thankful for the understanding and patience that was shown today by Dr Harris and his staff! They have not only gained her as a patient, they have gained our whole family as they are amazing and excel in what they do!

AVOID THIS OFFICE -- if you do not have an insurance that they accept they will charge you TWICE as much as they charge patients with an insurance they accept -- this is an unethical business, patients who do not have insurance should not have to pay more than those with insurance! They are penalizing people who can least afford dental care. If they can perform a service for an insurance patient for $159, an uninsured patient should not be charged $316 for exactly the same service!!!!

They don't care about your comfort and well being. The staff is nice and friendly. The facility seems clean and modern. My problem is with their concern for the patients well being. I had to get a tooth pulled. After wrenching on the tooth for 45 minutes with a variety of pliers, it finally came out. I asked them for pills for the pain. They said no. I was told to go get some ibuprofen and take those. When I was growing up the medical professions were about the comfort and well being of the patient. It would cost the dentist office nothing to prescribe me a day or two worth of pain pills for the tooth extraction, and I would feel like they were concerned about me and cared about my well being. If I ended up throwing the pills away because I didn't need them, I would still have a good attitude toward the dentist because he was concerned enough about me to give me some pain relief. Right now I am sitting here with my mouth really hurting. Too bad for me in the opinion of the dentist office. So if you are OK with being told to go buy yourself some ibuprofen to deal with the pain the dentist is going to inflict on you, then this office would be fine and you will be happy. If you get upset at the idea of having to suffer for days with the pain the dentist inflicts on you because they can't be bothered to give you some pain pills for it, I would advise you to look for a different dentist.

Almost 12 years ago, I started seeing Dr. Harris for my teeth (I had gone over a decade without dental insurance). I was really worried that my soda habit was going to cost me all of my teeth and I had a horrible fear of dentists. Since the first day I met him, he has put me at ease and made me comfortable. I still do not like going to the dentist, but I do not have the gut deep dread of going anymore. It took a long time to get my teeth all corrected due to budget, but his staff makes the whole process as easy as possible, helping you to the point of holding your hand if need be. I cannot say enough about what Dr. Harris has done for me over the years of his amazing service!

Went in for A tooth to be pulled and teeth to be cleaned. Well I cant get my teeth cleaned I have to have a special procedure that cost 900.00 It was the way the went about it. They were sneaky about it. Oh we have special for you as a new patient 59.00 for X-rays and teeth cleaning .. Ya get me in there and then it was almost 900.00 WOW then get I denied service saying it the law that they cant just clean my teeth they have to do the special procedure.Oh and got ESTIMATE of what they wanted to do to my teeth all most 6000.00 ..My teeth were not that bad they just wanted to refis some of my old crowns and filings Those teeth were not bothering me and were not bad on X-ray. Just trying to get money out of me. . NO INSURANCE FOR GET IT PEOPLE NO BREAK ,NO empathy also I was told by my specialist that they are linking root canals to RA MS etc.. They said that was not proven.. Yes it is if my Dr tells me not to get them. Oh by the way THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY MOUTH HURT MORE NOW THEN IT DID WHEN I WENT IN. VERY SAD WORST EXPERIENCE AND THE WONDER WHY PEOPLE DONT GO TO THE DENTIST .BECAUSE THEY LOOK FOR THINGS AS THE 6000.00 ESTIMATE HAS PROVED. GOING TO A NEW DENTIST TO PROVE THIS.

My experience with Midwest Dental was life changing. It started when I was having terrible tooth pain. I called and they worked me in for 2 root canals that day. That took care of the pain! Although, that wasn't the life changing part. I went to have my teeth cleaned in December. As Dr. Harris was checking my mouth, he noticed a growth and spot under my tongue. He let me know the importance of immediate attention to this. Long story short, I had surgery on my tongue within the month to remove the "mess" under my tongue. I thank Dr. Harris every day!!

Dr. Harris is awesome! Before I went to see him the dentist I had gone to told me I had 9 cavities. I let that dentist fix half of them, but the half he fixed made my teeth super painful and sensitive to the point of where I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth & I couldn't drink anything cold or hot, so I wouldn't let him fix the other half of my cavities. One trip to Dr. Harris, however, & he was able to fix that dentist's shotty job & then fix the rest of my cavities as well. My teeth have never looked or felt better!

Midwest Dental is great. After a traumatic experience with another dentist, my son was terrified of ever going to a dentist again. After the initial visit to Midwest Dental, my kids are totally comfortable going to the dentist again. My 4-year-old thought they were great and can't wait for her next cleaning! They did not tell me that they were out of network and sent a bill for $500 for something my old dentist would have charged less. We have a kiddo with a very big fear of shots and were unsuccessful with another dentist in town. She was unable to go through with fillings even with being premedicated. Our last option was trying Midwest Dental Care. Today she successfully got half of her fillings done at this office. AVOID THIS OFFICE -- if you do not have an insurance that they accept they will charge you TWICE as much as they charge patients with an insurance they accept -- this is an unethical business, patients who do not have insurance should not have to pay more than those with insurance! They are penalizing people who can least afford dental care. If they can perform a service for an insurance patient for $159, an uninsured patient should not be charged $316 for exactly the same service!!!!

They don't care about your comfort and well being. The staff is nice and friendly. The facility seems clean and modern. My problem is with their concern for the patients well being. I had to get a tooth pulled. After wrenching on the tooth for 45 minutes with a variety of pliers, it finally came out. I asked them for pills for the pain. They said no. I was told to go get some ibuprofen and take those. When I was growing up the medical professions were about the comfort and well being of the patient. It would cost the dentist office nothing to prescribe me a day or two worth of pain pills for the tooth extraction, and I would feel like they were concerned about me and cared about my well being. If I ended up throwing the pills away because I didn't need them, I would still have a good attitude toward the dentist because he was concerned enough about me to give me some pain relief. Right now I am sitting here with my mouth really hurting. Too bad for me in the opinion of the dentist office. So if you are OK with being told to go buy yourself some ibuprofen to deal with the pain the dentist is going to inflict on you, then this office would be fine and you will be happy. If you get upset at the idea of having to suffer for days with the pain the dentist inflicts on you because they can't be bothered to give you some pain pills for it, I would advise you to look for a different dentist.

They were sneaky about it. Oh we have special for you as a new patient 59.00 for X-rays and teeth cleaning .. Ya get me in there and then it was almost 900.00 WOW then get I denied service saying it the law that they cant just clean my teeth they have to do the special procedure.Oh and got ESTIMATE of what they wanted to do to my teeth all most 6000.00 ..My teeth were not that bad they just wanted to refis some of my old crowns and filings Those teeth were not bothering me and were not bad on X-ray. Just trying to get money out of me. . NO INSURANCE FOR GET IT PEOPLE NO BREAK ,NO empathy also I was told by my specialist that they are linking root canals to RA MS etc.. They said that was not proven.. Yes it is if my Dr tells me not to get them. Oh by the way THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY MOUTH HURT MORE NOW THEN IT DID WHEN I WENT IN. My experience with Midwest Dental was life changing. It started when I was having terrible tooth pain. I called and they worked me in for 2 root canals that day. That took care of the pain! Although, that wasn't the life changing part. I went to have my teeth cleaned in December. As Dr. Harris was checking my mouth, he noticed a growth and spot under my tongue. He let me know the importance of immediate attention to this. Long story short, I had surgery on my tongue within the month to remove the "mess" under my tongue. I thank Dr. Harris every day!!

Dr. Harris is awesome! Before I went to see him the dentist I had gone to told me I had 9 cavities. I let that dentist fix half of them, but the half he fixed made my teeth super painful and sensitive to the point of where I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth & I couldn't drink anything cold or hot, so I wouldn't let him fix the other half of my cavities. One trip to Dr. Harris, however, & he was able to fix that dentist's shotty job & then fix the rest of my cavities as well. My teeth have never looked or felt better!

I let that dentist fix half of them, but the half he fixed made my teeth super painful and sensitive to the point of where I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth & I couldn't drink anything cold or hot, so I wouldn't let him fix the other half of my cavities. One trip to Dr. Harris, however, & he was able to fix that dentist's shotty job & then fix the rest of my cavities as well. My teeth have never looked or felt better!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Harris and his staff. I have been terrified of going to the dentist all my life and thank goodness I found Midwest Dental. I had never had a root canal and have always heard that they were horrible. Not just from one person but many people. I had one yesterday and it was literally pain free. It's amazing to me. The staff make you feel welcome and Dr. Harris is fantastic.

Midwest Dental is great. After a traumatic experience with another dentist, my son was terrified of ever going to a dentist again. After the initial visit to Midwest Dental, my kids are totally comfortable going to the dentist again. My 4-year-old thought they were great and can't wait for her next cleaning!
