Rating 3 because they're always on something. I call and leave messages they never answer them back, a general problem they have. August they were off for a while, so I couldn't schedule an appointment. Then I made an appointment for September when they got back then they call me I need to reschedule because dentist had a meeting or something. So then I reschedule for Oct. Just called right now to see what day I scheduled and they're out of office AGAIN for a whole week.

I will never go back. This jerk took over an hour to do an exam after a routine cleaning, messed my hair up so bad that I looked like I'd just gotten out of bed, was very rough on my mouth, grabbing and yanking my cheeks and tongue, examined parts of my body that have nothing to do with my teeth, tried to re diagnose medical (completely non-dental) issues I have specialists for, suggested medication changes that are none of his business to explore, and all around made an ass of himself. I love the office staff and Elizabeth, the hygienist, who treated me for years when the location was under Drs Anderson and Schwade, but having to deal with this idiot has driven me, with my family in tow, to another dentist.

My 7 year old son was seen by Dr Gundlach today. He did great. The staff and the Dr took such great care of him today. Not only did they find time to get us in so quickly they were able to keep him very comfortable. I highly recommend this office to any parent in need of a great dentist for there child.

Super clean nice facility, awesome hygienist cleaning (best ever!), and something I have never ever had anywhere else... very UP FRONT about what you will be charged with no surprises! Very fair on pricing for us non-insurance folks and they take the time to explain all your options and the cost. You can't find that everywhere. I will never go back. This jerk took over an hour to do an exam after a routine cleaning, messed my hair up so bad that I looked like I'd just gotten out of bed, was very rough on my mouth, grabbing and yanking my cheeks and tongue, examined parts of my body that have nothing to do with my teeth, tried to re diagnose medical (completely non-dental) issues I have specialists for, suggested medication changes that are none of his business to explore, and all around made an ass of himself. I love the office staff and Elizabeth, the hygienist, who treated me for years when the location was under Drs Anderson and Schwade, but having to deal with this idiot has driven me, with my family in tow, to another dentist.
