They never pick up the phone, and even when you leave a voice message and tell them it's urgent, they call you back after a week! Basic costumer service rule: PICK UP THE PHONE!! I went there once and would never ever deal with them again!

Terrible! Dentist was sarcastic and did not offer any real ideas of relief. He said that I can get a root canal or change toothpaste and wait for the pain to subside. All he did was rant about how awful it is to use whitening toothpaste. I remember saying, "I brush twice a day." And the dentist replying, "Did I say this was about how much you brush?" I couldn't wait to get out of there. Now, I need to pay out of pocket to get a second opinion.

A bit challenging to schedule the initial exam due to my work schedule and how busy they are but after that it was too easy. Extremely friendly and polite as well as very knowledgeable. I have huge dental phobia from childhood and past experiences. I've avoided going to the dentist for a couple yrs. Even though Dr. Uker was out of town from where I live, I wanted to give Midwest Dental a try since I saw good reviews on the web page. I had a crown and replaced an old filling last week and I tell you ... it was the best dental experience ever. If you have anxiety and want pain free ... give Dr. Uker a try. His staff was awesome too ! I can't tell you how happy I was when the dental work was over. I was soooo relieved.

Dr. Ueker and his staff are very professional and kind. I first went to see Dr. Ueker as part of a first-time patient special. His hygienist did a very thorough cleaning and gum assessment and Dr. Ueker gave a thorough exam, taking time to perform additional tests to determine whether a tooth was dead. He provided a treatment plan and answered all my questions. Recently, I needed to make an urgent appt. to extract the dead tooth (part of my treatment plan that I was trying to put off until after summer) and they accommodated me and made an appointment within the week. The extraction went very well, Dr. Ueker and his hygienist talked me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable throughout. I felt no pain whatsoever and my recovery was quick using only OTC pain killers. I highly recommend Dr. Ueker and his staff for dental services.

I love this dental office!!They are easy to work with, I feel comfortable there for both myself and my children. The staff are wonderful!! Dr. Uker and his staff are fantastic with my kids. My daughter actually asks me "when do we get to go to the dentist again?" What kid actually looks forward to dental appointments?!?!? There are many other dental offices in town, but I appreciate the smaller, friendly office where you feel like the staff know you, you know they will treat you well. I used to be very anxious about dental appointments, but since I have been with this office, and Dr. Uker, I don't mind going at all :)
