Operation has gotten shady. Over the last few years I have gotten the impression they are just out to make a buck off me any way they can. It started with offers to get me "real second opinions" on procedures that had already been recommended against which led me to request not to see certain providers to procedures not covered by insurance that they "had to provide me a quote for" to the latest "covid fee" which first was so they could buy masks and gloves (which they already were buying so that was a lie) then because "all the restaurants were doing it" (also a lie). When challenged on this fee the desk personnel were rude and refused to explain the purpose of the fee while requiring me to sign a form that they could bill it to me when insurance declined to pay it. After my last appointment I specifically declined to make a future appointment and today they called me to "remind me of my appointment next week". Very odd since I intentionally never made one. When I told the caller I was likely looking for a new dentist, he said "okay" and the call was over. He was not even interested in why that might be so. I have been going here for 25 years and am very disappointed. Time for a new dentist.

This is a good office and seem to be very friendly, but the only issue is with this COVID thing they are charging an extra 10 bucks per visit per person for supplies. This is an over kill. And I am going back to them 2 times in 1 week. Lady on phone said I will be charged the 20 bucks 10x10=20 and then going back in another 2 weeks. Plus my husband went last week so within 3 weeks they are charging us 40 bucks. How is that right? I feel for people who have families and that money lost could be spent of food and bills. This is so not right on any scale. It should be if any only a 1 time fee to make it more simple and doable I will be talking to the Docs soon and corporate.

Very friendly and helpful, didn't even feel bad about the fact that I hadn't been to a dentist in 9 years, they were just happy I had finally decided to bite the bullet and come in. Definitely going back!
