The dental office manager, Carly, was signing people in for their appointments. I walked up, said I had a 9:30 and she looked like I was an alien and said, well don’t u have a name or not?!? I was like ok, yes I do. She was very rude and evidently thinks she is too qualified to sit at the desk up front. Not impressed. Loved Becky who was always friendly and happy. She can come replace Carly anytime. ✌🏼

Very shoddy work. Had veneers for 30 years without any issues. She recommended that I replace them with porcelain crowns that will look cosmetically better and last a life time. She guaranteed that they wouldn't fall out - or my money refunded. First one came off after a couple months. 2nd one fell out & she was going to charge me to have them put back on and the office visit. When I told her that she guaranteed that they wouldn't fall out , she said that going forward, she was going to charge me. Do NOT recommend!

Dr. Rebecca is the most compassionate, efficient dentist I've ever had. She and her kind-hearted, professional staff performed a procedure that absolutely saved my upcoming holiday week. I've lived in 7 different cities over the years and have had many dentists along the way. She is, by far, the BEST dentist I've ever had.

I have been going to Midwest Dental on Lineville since they opened at this location. Needless to say I have been happy with my experience as I keep coming back. Staff is courteous and equipment state of the art.

Friendly and professional. The hygienist was thorough; exam was quick. I like the way they set up an individual treatment plan for the long haul. Billing is easy. They even have a member-discount program that you can sign up for.

This was my first visit, and I wasn't disappointed. The staff was kind, gentle, and educational. I didn't feel judged, which is why I found a new dentist in the first place. Thank you Midwest dental for putting me at ease!

Dr. Reckelberg is a very thorough, professional dentist that seems to really care about her patients. She prepares you for what to expect when working on you and always checks to see how you are feeling during a procedure. The rest of the staff is very friendly also.

Crooked people to deal with, watch what you sign and what they do not tell you. Ask alot of questions because they will slip anything they can past you. Only concern is selling you on anything they can. Our family will not go back!

Dr Reckleberg and her entire staff are wonderful to work with. Like most I have a huge fear of dentists and having my teeth worked on. They have made me feel very comfortable and at ease every time I have been there. They throughly explain both the procedure and pricing. They make me feel like I’m with friends and yet always remain professional. I highly recommend Midwest Dental in Suamico

Horrible experience.. got an infection ended up missing a week of work and spent 2 full days in the hospital getting antibiotics in an I V ..... had to pay $1800 for her to pull a tooth and take x-rays and impressions which insurance didnt cover. Had to find another dentist to finish my bridge because I would not go back to them.

I went for a cleaning my bill was $84. My husbands same day appointment was changed because the receptionist said he needed to see the dr. But she was off so they changed it 2 days later So he gets there the gal does a little scraping & polishing them, says ok your done no X-rays or Dr. needed today. 20 minutes he was done He goes to pay and is charged $153. They told him that he had periodontal maintenance, a deep cleaning 20 minutes? A deep cleaning? He goes every 3 months for a deep cleaning. I think he knows what that feels like and how long it takes. Certainly not only 20 minutes. They need to check with the gal and see that it was NOT a deep cleaning. But nothing has been resolved. I think the receptionist looks at what is SUPPOSED to be done and not what actually was done and charges accordingly We will never go back to Midwest dental Buyer beware make sure you get the service you are charged for

I switched Dentist a few years ago to here and it was easily one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everything seems to be easier when they are doing my teeth than the other place and here it's always friendly and the fillings STAY in.

I recently had my second visit to the Midwest Dental Suamico office. As was my first visit, the experience was excellent. Dr Rebecca and her staff are friendly and very professional. The facility is clean and appears to be well maintained. I plan to continue using them and recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team..

Worst place I've ever been as the X-ray tech and receptionist tried to play good cop and bad cop, as far as wether or not my insurance would cover X-rays for over a half hour while I was in the chair. They kept trying to make a deal with me so they would not have to submit anything to my insurance. They wanted cash and that is all. I walked out very pissesd off with massive infections in my teeth. I could not believe any doctor would treat patients with much needed help this way. Would not recommend these people to anyone and hope that someday they have to deal with what I did in this office.
