Kirsten was very gentle when she was examining my gums and cleaning my teeth. I asked her to check something I’d noticed and she did so and explained what it might be and said if it ever bothered me to let them know. It didn’t bother me, but I was curious as to what it was. The Dr examined my teeth and said that the implant looked good and she was very concerning and polite. From the front desk to the exam room, I was treated like royalty and I always have been. Very professional folks who are excellent in what they do for their patients.

It's so close that this place is organized by people who truly CARE about the client experience. Front desk is led by a danged ROCK STAR that always greets me positively, knows why I'm there and what she needs from me, and helps me to feel comfortable immediately. The hygienist is next and she's a sheer delight, explains what she's doing and why and ALWAYS males sure that I'm comfortable. Then, can we talk about Dr. Eaton? The G.O.A.T. to be sure. So. Very. Crazy. Incredible. Such a professional but still manages to have immense grace and true kindness in the care that she provides. Thoughtful and smart as all get out. I will never see another dentist so long as I have teeth in my mouth.

Her assistant Brianna helped guide me through the procedure and reassured me when I was feeling doubtful. Overall great appointment and will definitely be going back for anything teeth related!

I am SO thankful I went here! Brianna did my x rays, Melissa did my deep cleaning, and Dr. Eaton has also worked on my teeth. The receptionists are super friendly and accommodating. Everyone I’ve met so far has been absolutely amazing. So kind, attentive, caring, etc. I’ve never felt so at ease and comfortable before! 10/10 would recommend, this is my forever dental clinic! I needed to go in and get a cleaning and then a finishing on my root canal doing my crown. She was very caring about my comfort when doing any of the procedures. And the staff was friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a new place to go like I was or needing to find a dentist I totally recommend going to Midwest dental they were excellent.
