It wasn't the news I was prepared for but he was very professional and explained the options.

The dentist was friendly and professional and asked me about a previous appointment. She spent time needed to fix an ongoing issue for me. A top notch experience.
Dr Knobe may be younger and newer to the profession but her knowledge and expertise is as good or better than dentist I have been to. She listens. She addressed a concern I had about spaces in my teeth and is the only one who has ever explained the 'why' behind it and potential solutions. She is also collaborative and will make referrals to professionals she knows and has confidence in. She provided information on why a sleep study is important and made the referral directly. Skye, the dental hygienist, is also excellent to work with, takes her time and is very knowledgeable as well. I will definitely return to see Dr Knobe & Skye for future visits. I felt listened to, treated with respect and in the hands of two skillful professionals.

And I'm also impressed with the new dentist (didn't remember the name) but she was also thorough, gave excellent explanations and was very professional and pleasant! Keep them both and you'll keep me as a patient. All in all a very good visit to the dentist!

Dr Machi was very friendly and explained things thoroughly and easy to understand as a patient. I also love how he has a more conservative approach. My hygienist, Amy was lovely. She is very friendly and with a person with sensitive teeth she cleaned them very thoroughly but still was gentle. She also asked if their were any areas that didn't feel smooth and she taught me a few new ways to floss. So thankful to have switched to this office from Neenah.

The next 30 have been in Wisconsin, where I have been to several different dentists. Having had fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, partials, and whatever else done over the years, I am about as expert as anyone not in the industry. With that experience I can confidently say that Dr. John Machi is a world class dentist in both his work and his concern for his patients. Dental work is expensive, more than I can afford, but Dr. Machi earns every penny he gets.

I was sent here last minute from the other location on South Park for a tooth extraction as I broke it and was in pain. The front desk ladies were great had my information, x-rays, and everything that were literally sent over 10 minutes prior. The nurse was great took me back right away made me comfortable right away. Had my x-rays on screen already when I entered the room they were waiting for me. The Dr. came in took a look was very nice and while giving me shots to numb talked to keep my mind off the shot. Once I started to numb he came back gave me 2 more shots to finish numbing. While I waited a few minutes he finished with another client came back made sure I was numb before he started. As he started the extraction he told a story about the song on the radio which got my mind off what he was doing. While switching tools we had a good laugh about the name he called it. Before I knew it. It was out. He told me if I have any problems to call his location he will be happy to take care of me. The nurse was awesome gave me instructions had great conversation. When I checked out both the front desk ladies were sweet and helpful. Best Dentist experience ever. Usually I get anxiety attacks going to the dentist and hate going. I look forward to going back to either location and recommend everyone go to Midwest Dental as they are amazing.

Everyone were beyond business friendly. They made sure to make you feel like you've known them forever Also you get choices, not like some place that say you can only have 2 thing. I would ecstatic to return anytime and bring friends with me or not.
Awesome staff and they are non judgmental. Update: I had a tooth that broke off and had to have it taken care of as soon as possible. At my first appt he gave me 2 options and i chose the lesser cost of the 2 options and scheduled an appt for the following week which was 7/26/19. Dr Machi went over my options again in more detail before pulling the tooth which is what i chose. In short he talked with me about saving the tooth and waiting until I could afford the crown later using my payflex account. The staff at this office is AMAZING!!!!!! I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Hands down one of the best dentists that I have ever been to. I hate the dentist and was worried about it for a while since I knew I needed work done. It was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked it. Everyone was extremely professional. One of the main reasons I hate the dentist is the judgement for not taking care of your teeth. This is a completely judgement free dentist. They do give it to you straight Tell you how to correct it, but don't make you feel bad for it. They were quick and courteous the entire time. The cleaning process was great and you get a free goodie bag to take care of your teeth at home.
Very thorough exam. Dr. Machi was very kind and explained to me exactly what was going on and what our plan would be to correct it. I felt well taken care of and not at all pressured to do more work than necessary.
A year ago I had a tooth extraction by the former dentist and have had gum sensitivity since. Tried all kinds of tooth paste for sensitive gums, with no relief. Upon my recent cleaning examination by Dr. John Machi, he discovered a root that was not extracted with the tooth. He was so kind and offered to remove at no charge since it was by the previous dentist at this practice. Upon removing the root, he found infection deeply embedded and since cleaning everything out - I am pain free for the first time in a year. Welcome Dr. Machi and thank you!

Dr. Olsen and crew are fantastic! They all take time with you and are great with little ones who are timid. I am in the process of an invisalign treatment and Dr. Olsen has been great with the process.

I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, and I was extremely nervous going in to this appointment because it had been such a long time. I was checked in and in the chair in no time. The staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Olsen came in to the room before the exam even began just to chat. The dental hygienist always made what she was doing very explicit and kept me distracted and comfortable throughout the whole process. Because my teeth had such a large build-up, the cleaning process took quite a while. She was extraordinarily patient and cleaned my teeth very thoroughly. Dr. Olsen made his observations in a way that was easy to understand and laid out future options in a kind way. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dentist's office.
I have major anxiety when it comes to any dental appointments, Dr. Olsen and his staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. Midwest dental north is great. Hate going to dentist but Dr. Olsen very comforting. Staff is great. Would recommend Midwest north to all.
I needed a new dentist. I know the name Midwest Dental has been in the city for a long time. I was very impressed, with the speed I got in and how gentle but good the hygienist was. I had to have some work done by dentist later and he too was gentle and caring throughout.
Dr. Olson Is amazing!! The only Dentist that I have ever enjoyed going too. He definitely makes you feel comfortable and confidant in his work.
Dr. Olson (perhaps spelled Olsen?) is the only dentist I've had that I don't mind going to see. The whole staff is wonderful, and I always have a comfortable experience. The dentist and dental assistants seem to have a really good relationship and it's nice going to a place where they care all about their work, their patients, and each other. Two thumbs up! :)
Midwest Dental has been our dental service since we moved to Oshkosh 12 years ago. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they have continued to upgrade their facilities. I highly recommend them!
