On February 16, Midwest Dental Boone visited Page Elementary kindergarten and 1st grade classes to talk to kids about the importance of dental health. Hygienists Jessica and Aaron taught the kids proper brushing and flossing techniques, and had them participate in an activity where the kids had to decide whether certain types of food were good for teeth or not. The kids raised the green tooth for good foods, and the red tooth for bad foods. Jessica and Aaron also read ‘The Tooth Book’ by Dr. Seuss.
