I’ve had multiple dental emergencies and they without fail ALWAYS get me in to see someone immediately. I’ve never experiences that type of customer service at any other medical facility. Front desk is always nice to work with and the hygienists and dentists are kind and efficient. My senior parents started going to them this year and were nervous about changing dentists but have had nothing but good feedback from their experiences. Highly recommend them.
I'm glad to be a returning patient. The service I received was outstanding from everyone in this office. I'm so grateful to Holly for doing an outstanding job in checking with my Medicare provider plan to make sure it was covered. We need more people like her, especially for us seniors with our dental health care benefits. God bless her!
I’ve been going to Merit Dental in Kalamazoo for approximately 5 years. Before that I was at Merit in Portage. The dentists and their skills have always met my needs. The turnover in dentists is uncomfortable and I’ve thought of changing to a more stable practice, BUT
the support staff and assistants at Merit Kalamazoo are literally the best I have ever seen. Regardless of the dentist, I know the staff will take care of me and my dental needs. The office manager, receptionists, assistants, and hygienists keep me coming back and make life as a senior the best it could be. Thank You
My wife and I are seniors dependent on Social Security. We were fortunate to get into a Medicare advantage plan with some dental coverage. Midwest people were very helpful both in going through the process of getting needed work done and filing the claims for reimbursement.
Getting in for an unexpected tooth repair was easy and the receptionist listened intently as I described my tooth concern. Dr. Killian senior is always polite, patient, and knowledgeable. His professional work ethic is noticeable each time I have had an appointment. I refer friends & family members to Dr. K, who is a trusted dentist. Also, his staff are friendly, very helpful and courteous.
these guys are the best kind, professional. have been with them x 5 yrs. hygienists are great. cleaning and exams are thorough these guys really know their stuff. Dr. Killian (senior) is just the best. explains things very well. can't imagine going anywhere else.
Dr.Uker and his staff were very professional and personable. Dr. Uker understood that I am a senior citizen and just want to "hang in there" with no elaborate treatment unless it was absolutely necessary. The treatment was pain free and very thorough. I've already made my next routine appointment.
I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Uker, and his staff at the Losey Blvd. location. I have been going there for about 5 years. As a "young senior citizen", I am impressed with his continued dental knowledge and techniques including implants, bridge repairs, and normal good dental hygiene.
